"My Honest Review & Market Feedback — Think Twice Before Booking Your Wedding Here If you are considering this property for your wedding, my honest advice is: please think twice before making your booking. Based on my experience and what I witnessed during a wedding held here on 19 February 2026, I would not recommend this property for such an important occasion. 1. Wedding Hosted in an Under-Construction Property One of my biggest concerns was that a wedding was being hosted while the property was still undergoing construction. What was even more alarming was the condition of the guest rooms. Some room doors reportedly did not have proper locks, and locks were being installed in guest rooms during the night of the wedding itself. For a wedding where guests are carrying valuables, jewellery, cash, and personal belongings, this raises very serious questions about guest security and basic hospitality standards. Imagine attending a wedding and discovering that the hotel is still working on basic room security during your stay. In my opinion, this is simply unacceptable for a wedding venue. 2. Construction Noise During the Wedding The construction activity was not something that could simply be ignored. The noise and ongoing work significantly affected the overall experience. A wedding is supposed to be a memorable and peaceful celebration for the couple and their families — not an experience surrounded by continuous construction activity. 3. Restaurant Experience — Unexpected "Waterfall" The restaurant experience was another major concern. During my experience, there were issues involving water leakage from the air-conditioning/water systems. At times, water could suddenly come down into the dining area. Instead of enjoying a proper dining experience, guests could potentially find themselves dealing with what felt like a "Niagara Falls experience" inside the restaurant. For a property positioning itself as a wedding venue, such basic infrastructure and maintenance issues are extremely concerning. 4. Wedding Sales & Guest Handling I also had a recent experience involving a relative who was dealing with the property regarding a wedding. The wedding sales experience was extremely disappointing. The communication style of the wedding sales representative, GM Vijay & OP. Manager Shailendra, came across as overly casual and, in my experience, included inappropriate and abusive language. What was particularly disappointing was the perceived attitude towards guests. Rather than making a prospective wedding client feel respected and valued, the interaction often felt dismissive and condescending. A wedding sales representative is effectively the face of the property during the most important stage of a client's decision-making process. Respectful, professional, and courteous communication should be the minimum standard. 5. Lack of Accountability & Management Support Another concern was the apparent lack of accountability when problems arose. In my experience,"

"We went to Tijara Fort Palace for our first anniversary and it was everything we could’ve asked for - serene, gorgeous, with amazing food, wonderful staff, beautiful little corners with scenic views. The room was a delight, with its own private balcony with the sunset view. The pool and the spa were a bonus to everything else this hotel has to offer. But the one thing that makes every Neemrana property a most special experience is, without a doubt, the warm hospitality - unmatched by any other hotel chain. We’ll be back at Tijara. It’s not enough to visit it just once."

"This is a new resort. But the amenities, rooms etc were all great. The staff was polite, prompt and very courteous all the time. My family had a very comfortable stay. They honoured our all our requests for our diabetic parents. Special mention of Ms. Sangeeta at the restaurant for serving us with a smile! The food was all so good and well made. We tried the lal maas and it was mind blowing! Some constructive feedback that can make this resort better: 1. Keep body wash, hand wash etc filled 2. Charging points on either side of the bed 3. Towels at the swimming pool 4. Instead of providing small 150-200 ml water bottles and increasing more plastic waste, provide 1 litre water per person per day 5. Keep the edges of the pool clean"
