We went for 9 nights all inclusive. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy. Our room was lovely everything was incredible.Marie mainly looked after us while we were there and was a credit to the hotel.She was polite , friendly and was always happy to help with whatever we needed.I am gluen free and was able to eat a variety of food which was labelled to help,if I was unsure I was able to ask advice and the chef was very knowledgeable and cooked a few times for me if I wanted something special. It was nice to be able to eat at the Al a carte restaurants which we tried more than once because it was so good. Special mention to Anabela and Ragiv who were especially helpful in the restaurant helping with whatever we asked. It was our first visit to Portugal and it definitely won't be the last.

A estadia foi fantástica em especial para as crianças. As piscinas apesar de estarem um pouco cheias, são agradáveis . Os jardins São muito bonitos e adoramos fazer os picnics na relva. O staff e prestável e simpático. Os restaurantes tem variedade e a comida e boa. Fomos ao bar e posso recomendar o shore com a animação da noite.muito bom. Parabéns Tivoli.

Hotel excelente, com quartos espaçosos e aconchegantes, comida boa e variada, com inúmeras atividades da animação e com um kids Club impecável e cativante. Com certeza voltarei! Os melhores oito dias do ano. Com destaque especial para o Matheus, da animação; sempre com carisma e extrema educação, o famoso “Menino Tivoli”. Excelente funcionário. I stayed at this hotel for one week and had a great experience overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is excellent Abdallah is truly one of the best! Thank you for making our time at the bar so enjoyable. I will definitely come back, and I hope to see him again!
