Viaje del instituto, al segundo día todos enfermos del estómago con vómitos. Comida en mal estado, para denunciarles. Arruinaron el viaje que con tanta ilusión iban los chavales. Los profesores de esquí desagradables,bordes, antipáticos, se reían de ellos al caerse, un poquito de empatía no les vendría mal. Respecto a las habitaciones,en un espacio muy pequeño 8 literas apretadas, las taquillas para guardar maletas se les caía la puerta, el baño después de vomitar varias personas,al día siguiente sin limpiar. Lo único bueno el trato de los camareros y las pistas de esquí. La primera y última vez allí. No lo recomiendo.

No puedo opinar del alojamiento pero si del restaurante. 1. El menú poco elaborado, básico, sin más. Típica comida de comedor. 2. Los camareros bien, simpáticos. 3. Mágicamente nos desapareció un caso de esquí. Estábamos prácticamente solos y fuimos los últimos en irnos, al llegar al coche nos dimos cuenta y cuando volvimos los camareros nos dijeron que allí no había nada. Estamos seguros que entramos con los cascos porque justo se nos cayó al suelo antes de entrar (por lo que reñimos al niño y lo cogió el padre y entró con él en la mano). No se lo pudo llevar nadie porque no teníamos a nadie a nuestro alrededor fueron los empleados o alguno en concreto de ese turno. Una lástima porque ni volveremos ni lo aconsejaremos. Si vais cuidar de vuestras cosas.

Llevamos yendo casi todos los años desde hace más de 10 años y este año ha sido insuperable. Limpieza impecable, la comida buenísima, de buena calidad, bien cocinada y presentada y variada. Pero lo que más tengo que reseñar es la atención del personal, siempre atento, con una sonrisa, amable, cercano y con buen humor. Antes lo recomendaba pero ahora más, la calidad del servicio junto a la ubicación, superan al precio con creces. Enhorabuena

Al llegar al hotel esperábamos tener la habitación de la planta 2 que da vistas a la montaña, somos clientas de hace 2 años y en sugerencias pedimos que por favor nos dieran esa habitación en concreto, ya que al estar en zona alta, se reduce la acumulación de ácaros y polvo. Nos dieron la habitación 167 de la primera planta, la cual estaba llena de polvo, aun apagando la calefacción no podíamos respirar, teníamos que abrir la ventana para que entrara aire limpio y a una de nosotras le dio un ataque de alergia. Pero no acaba todo aquí… la cosa es que una vez tumbadas en la litera (la de abajo del medio de la derecha) con tan solo subir la mirada había un chicle pegado en la litera de arriba. Sinceramente no es agradable verse envuelto en esta situación y menos cuando confías plenamente en que estás pagando en relación calidad-precio.
