The building is old but cleanly maintained. Breakfast is not very varied but is edible. There are not many amenities nearby and it is quiet.

Facilities: Very good in Almaty, especially breakfast. I stay here every time I come.

You need to take a taxi to all the attractions from the hotel, which is a bit far. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, the mattresses are relatively soft, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast room seems to be a highlight of the entire hotel, with a very good environment and rich food. The front desk service of the hotel is the worst. I stayed for four days and met different front desk staff. They were all lazy and lacked courtesy. The sound insulation of the room is very poor.

Complete facilities Clean and tidy

The hotel is in a great location. Although it is an old hotel, it is very clean and has a historical heritage. It is very good. I recommend everyone to stay here. The price is relatively cheap.

The hotel looks very beautiful, expensive, rich from the outside. But inside...I wouldn't say it's really good. The furniture is old, the atmosphere is a little depressing, overall everything was good
