Hotel location is very good, easy access. Some tourists attractions just walking 5 - 10 minutes. 2 km to Almaty central mosque

Everything is good. Good location, clean and 24 front but the staff is quite unfriendly. When i ask about things to make sure, they seem like annoying

Front desk staffs are helpful to any enquiry and  made arrangements for our transportation to the airport 👍 The cleaning crew is very responsive ( especially one middle aged lady , a bit plump). Probably our room is located at the end and hidden behind the corridor ( room no 5014) , they probably have missed. We requested her to clean the room and job accomplished 👍👍  The only setback is the bad smells of vape at the breakfast lounge. The seats are not suitable for dining.

The room was clean and cosy, the staff were great and could speak English, the free breakfast was awesome, I will definitely stay there again next year!

It was great location with excellent customer service, but breakfast was average.

Cleanliness, location, and staffs are superb. The only downside is the hair dryer is not working.

Good location, a short walk to the city. The room is smaller than I thought. The room is quite small, but the bathroom is big. The problem is that the water doesn't flow down the drain, making the floor wet. The bathroom door can't be closed. The advantage is the location and good breakfast. Other things, I think they still need to be improved.

The room had a panoramic roof, two floors. You can't expect a view of the stars. The air conditioner on the second floor can't cope with cooling the "aquarium", although it was only +20 outside during the day, it showed +31 in the room. Breakfasts are not 4 stars. Certified sausages and cheeses, poor quality porridge, stench from hookahs. Tired shower cabin.

The facilities are very good. It's a relatively new hotel. The hygiene is very clean. There are a lot of disposable consumables. The location is great. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The room is very small, the bathroom facilities are old, the faucet needs to be run for 5 minutes to get hot water, the water pressure is low, and the water output is small.

The location is excellent, the room facilities are complete, and the sanitary conditions are good. The only regret for staying for five consecutive nights is that the breakfast is not very varied. It is good to have some fruits and vegetables to supplement vitamins. Overall, I am satisfied. I will come again if I have the chance.
