The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected!
Since it was the end of the year and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

Postazione della location ottima, proprio davanti al lago di Alleghe, ottimo per soggiornarci più giorni o anche, come abbiamo fatto noi, una notte sola per poi esplorare i sentieri tra le montagne. Voto 10/10 alla disponibilità della reception, colazione inclusa che abbiamo gradito molto.

Ho soggiornato con un'amica nella struttura in quanto qualità prezzo era la più conveniente per la vicinanza a Cortina. Lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. La colazione bella fornita e buona. La camera era piccola ma pulita. La camera con vista lago è stata molto apprezzata.

Struttura ben curata e soprattutto pulita con un ottima vista sul lago di alleghe. A due passi dalle piste!!!!!!!!! E a soli quindici minuti di macchina dalla Marmolada e dallo splendido giro sciistico sella ronda. Personale gentile e disponibile!

Hotel con una posizione comodissima fronte lago. Personale cortese, con una nota particolare al tuttofare che è gentilissimo e si preoccupa degli ospiti. É la seconda volta che alloggio in questa struttura e la consiglio anche per i suoi prezzi. La prima volta, tra l’altro, ero con la mia cagnolina.

Abbiamo preso una camera economica. Valido per chi non ha troppe pretese. parcheggio privato a pagamento un poco caro. Colazione continentale basilare ma completa. Ambiente informale. Molto gentili e bene organizzati. Ambienti puliti e profumati!

Tutto come ci aspettavamo albergo in centro vicino alle piste comodo ad ogni servizio ai locali e ai servizi siamo stati bene camera comoda con televisione e con due stanze quindi perfetta per una famiglia da tornarci sicuramente il prossimo inverno

Siamo stati in questo hotel in una camera quadrupla molto confortevole e con due bagni, con kit per la doccia completo. Servizio top, con un elogio particolare al ragazzo delle colazioni, Riccardo molto disponibile, simpatico e attento ad ogni esigenza. Sala colazioni con una vista magnifica.
