"Terrible experience. In the SPA, micro, there were noisy children and small ones. Not only in the whirlpool but also in the sauna. In the whirlpool there was foam, which with the hot water irritated my eyes. A lady came in with a long black t-shirt. In the face of hygiene. A shower was not working. In the room, economy, there was no kettle. Excellent hotel location with beautiful view of the lake but the service is not worth the price."

"The hotel is simple, as you can see in the photos, but the cost-benefit is fantastic, it delivers much more than you expect! It is a kind of family hotel, in a picturesque location, where the owner (who is married to a Brazilian woman) and his staff do everything to please you! The rooms are simple but heated to perfection, they are very clean every day, the breakfast is delicious, the prices are fair, the spa does its job very well after a day of skiing without luxury but with a dry sauna, steam room and a delicious jacuzzi. We ordered half board, delicious dinners with a good wine list and good prices, and finally, excellent service, highlighting Daniel at the bar and the wonderful service of Soccol who during the day takes us with extreme friendliness to the ski area and picks us up in the late afternoon and also works as a waiter in the restaurant at night! Don't miss Thursday with live music in the lobby. For those who usually go on ski vacations, this hotel deserves to be looked at very carefully, we went by chance and left extremely satisfied! Excellent value for money!"

"Our New Year's Eve dinner at this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The food was below expectations, lacking in flavor and poorly presented with very small portions. Despite having assured us gluten-free options when booking, only two dishes were replaced and they tasted terrible. To make matters worse, they could not provide details on the ingredients of the dessert. Dishes containing gluten were not even served. A regrettable experience and definitely not worth the 70 euros per person."
