A small, cozy hotel. The friendly hostess is always available and provided detailed directions to the main attractions in this part of Sardinia. The location is excellent – ​​close to the old town, the beach, and a bus stop with buses to various destinations. A supermarket and bakery are nearby. The spacious, bright room is equipped with everything you need. The large bathroom has crisp, soft white towels and bed linens. The room is spotlessly clean. A refrigerator and kettle are included. The common area has a coffee machine, microwave, and dishes. Everything is convenient and comfortable. The peak season in Sardinia is wonderful, and Actinia Accommodation is an excellent choice for your stay!

Very nice and clean room. Sonia, the owner, is very friendly and helpful with everything. She offers advice on where to go and, if you'd like, helps you organize raft trips. Impeccably clean. Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the seafront. Recommended! We'll definitely be back.

We had a bad experience that ruined our stay at the property. Besides that, if you stay here, expect dated furnishings and be aware that finding a parking spot will be a daily occurrence. Despite this, the location is good and beach equipment is available.

Having booked a last-minute stay to extend our stay in beautiful Alghero, I must thank and compliment Sonia for her kindness and helpfulness. Not only did she let us drop off our (quite a few) bags early in the morning, but she promised (certainly not obligatory) to provide us with a room as soon as possible, as she communicated, and which actually happened shortly thereafter (well before the scheduled check-in time). This allowed us to fully enjoy our day. The room was truly large, comfortable, and impeccably clean (the most important thing for us wherever we go). The well-organized common areas include one invaluable for hanging out and drying laundry and beach towels. The location, precisely because it's convenient and central, is subject to the usual noise of daily life in the city, but is completely sheltered from the nightlife. Parking, at least in June, was easy to find for free near the property. Across the street, just a few steps away, is a lovely place for delicious breakfasts and fine dining. Appartamento vicinissimo al centro e dotato di ogni comfort. Camere grandi, zona comune con the caffè e tisane, bottigliette d’acqua all’arrivo. La proprietaria è gentilissima e fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie per soggiornare ad Alghero con tanto di mappa. Parcheggio gratis nelle vicinanze, supermercato e qualsiasi servizio possa essere necessario. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Ci siamo fidati delle ottime recensioni che avevamo letto e abbiamo fatto benissimo! Tutto perfetto... la stanza, la posizione, la pulizia...non potevamo chiedere di più. Siamo stati a luglio e abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza perfetta, tra l'altro anche di fronte ad un problema con la prenotazione sorto all'arrivo nel senso che nonostante avessimo ricevuto la conferma per una stanza doppia, il sistema ci aveva invece assegnato una tripla con conseguente maggior costo ma la titolare ha chiuso la cosa con estrema gentilezza a nostro favore. Non so quanti altri l'avrebbero fatto... La stanza era molto spaziosa, c'era tutto l'occorrente per prepararci la colazione e ogni giorno trovavamo una cialda per il caffè. Sonia e Stefano sono stati sempre molto disponibili a dare consigli tanto sui posti da visitare quanto sui locali per cenare. Posizione ottima per visitare Alghero (in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico) e le vicine spiagge. Lo consigliamo davvero!!

Actinia è in una posizione strategica per visitare la città e le sue spiagge 🏖️ Camere ampia e pulita con tutti i comfort utili. Staff impeccabile, Sonia e Stefano due persone splendide e sempre disponibili a dare i tutti i consigli utili per goderci al meglio la Vacanza Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed è un posto che consiglio.

Siamo stati ospiti di Sonia, persona fantastica. Struttura pulita vicino al centro, siamo stati molto bene e Sonia ci ha sempre consigliato per il meglio sia per le gite che per la cena. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui. Spero di tornare presto. Carmela
