The apartment is not advertised separately from the hotel which gives you the impression that the apartment is next to it. It is actually 300 metres away. The hotel itself is set off from the main road whereas the apartment is right on the main road and on a Saturday night the cafe/bar opposite the hotel on the beach plays very loud music until 2am. The apartment is not self contained as it does not even have a kettle. No change of bed sheets or towels and that is terrible when temperature is over 32C everyday. No cleaning either. Because you think it is part of the hotel you expect the standard to be as good as the hotel but it is absolutely different and standard much lower. For the price you pay it is a fraud

Super ophold
Ophold en uge i Oktober 2023. Snakkede med Tina inden vi kom til Sardinien som var super venlig og hjælpsom med at arrangere en taxi til os. Ved check-in var Tina igen meget oplysende. Ugen igennem var lejligheden super og den ligger ikke langt fra stranden eller indkøb. Udtjekning var også nemt og igen fik vi hjælp til en taxi til lufthavnen.
Eneste minus ved lejligheden - hvis man skal nævne noget - er at den måske er lidt beskeden på service til køkkenet. Vinglas og knive så der er til minimum 4 personer samt en brødkniv ville gøre under værker.

Siamo tornati dopo 2 anni in questa splendida struttura a due passi dal mare, accoglienza top e per ogni problema (anche il più piccolo) la signora Tina ha fatto in modo di farci sentire a casa. Prezzi veramente bassi rispetto alla media. Una certezza!

Sono stata con la famiglia per una settimana nell'appartamento bilocale all'ultimo piano. La palazzina è moderna con ascensore, a piedi in 10 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di Maria Pia, o Lido San Giovanni, oltre a bar, ristoranti e supermercati vicino (noi infatti non avevamo auto). Abbiamo trovato utile e efficiente il servizio bus (sia di linea per il centro, che quello esclusivo per girare le varie spiagge della zona). Punti forti dell' appartamento: cucina separata totalmente attrezzata e un bellissimo terrazzo con vista mare con tavolo e sedie per una colazione super all'aperto!

Abbiamo prenotato il bilocale, davvero confortevole e nuovo. La posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia di Maria Pia, ci ha permesso di fare delle bellissime passeggiate sul lungomare. nessun problema di parcheggio, perché sulla strada principale è libero. Consigliatissimo......torneremo molto volentieri Host molto disponibile Grazie grazie grazie

Appartamento nuovo e molto confortevole, ottima posizione sia per le bellissime spiagge che per il centro. Molto pulito , con lavastoviglie e lavatrice e ascensore. La Sig.ra Tina gentilissima.... Speriamo di tornarci presto. Lo consiglierei!

Super séjour dans un appartement confortable, proche de la plage et des commerces. Quelques petits bémols mais vraiment sans conséquence sur l’appréciation générale.

avevamo prenotato un monolocale e il giorno prima delll’ arrivo ci hanno fatto l’upgrade assegnandoci un bilocale all’ultimo piano. Era tutto perfetto! La signora Tina è stata molto professionale è super disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
