Hotel is okay if you’re staying short-term, but is located in a sketchy part of the city. Felt like the amenities could have been better. Housekeeping doesn’t come in to make the beds daily. Was a little over-priced for what was offered.

It can be said to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I opened the room, I saw that there was a door inside. I knocked a few times, but someone responded. It was too scary😱 I was so scared that I hurried to the front desk to change the room type, saying that I didn’t like this kind of room. But the front desk said that there were no other room types, and helped us transfer to another room on the same floor. The carpet in the room was also very dirty, as if it had never been washed. If it wasn't too late (after one o'clock in the morning), we would definitely not stay. earned the daylight

Thank you for such a great turn around to my canceled flight. I was headed to Chicago and got stuck in Albuquerque but the ladies at redemption and the drivers Dominick and Jared made it all up with their friendly service. I expected to have to get a ride in the morning and both Dominick and Jared were waiting for me at the front after I had just seen the the night before. If I ever end up back in Albuquerque I would gladly stay at the double tree again.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Albuquerque for a weekend while visiting family, and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near Central Avenue with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local attractions within easy reach. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains that added something special to the stay. The pool area was adequate for a quick dip or some relaxation, and the on-site coffee shop was a convenient touch for morning refreshments. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Albuquerque. We would gladly stay again.

Really good hotel! Nice coffee place and bar and restaurant within the hotel. Staff was okay. I’ll mention that Dara helped me get a room on 15th floor for a better view so shoutout to her.
