Lovely hotel in a decent location, but restaurant was not open

Highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance from old town for nice meals at night. Beautiful pool area, guests seem to be young, old, and families. The Staff are very helpful. Rooms are so clean and modern. Nothing to complain about, Very happy and we will be returning next year.

My fiancé and I were a little apprehensive about staying here with our 7-month-old after reading some of the reviews, but we honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. The hotel is perfectly located between the old town and the new town (about a 15-minute walk to each), with a large shopping centre right across the road. All of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. There is a tourist tax, but it was inexpensive and not an issue. Parking outside is plentiful and free. There is a small charge to use the safe in the room, which we found a bit odd, but we didn’t need it anyway. I’d recommend booking a room with a pool view. Noise was never a problem for us, either from the pool or other rooms, despite some reviews suggesting otherwise. While the pool rules say no inflatables and swim caps must be worn, these weren’t enforced during our 7-day stay. There’s no lifeguard at the pool, which we thought unusual given its size and how busy it can get. That said, the pool area had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and we never struggled to find space. Breakfast was decent, with a wide variety ranging from a full English to hams, cheeses, fruit, pastries, cereals, and breads. The coffee from the machine wasn’t the best, but it was fine. The juices (apple, orange & lemonade) also weren’t fresh, they were mi-wadi or similar. The indoor pool and spa looked lovely, though we didn’t use them. The hotel bar was pricey for both food and drinks, and the food itself was just okay, so we’d recommend grabbing drinks from the supermarket across the road instead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albufeira.

Some reviews had me concerned but we had a brilliant holiday. 1 bed spacious apt for 2+1, equiped with all kitchen needs, comfy beds, good air con & WiFi. Great breakfast selection. All areas so clean. The pool was so calm with no sunbed panic. Our son loved the indoor pool too. Great location next to a shopping centre to stock up for the fussy eater. Anywhere we went was €5 approx in a taxi using Bolt. Special thanks to the wonderful staff so caring & conscious of special needs. It made me very emotional. Good mix of families & same sex groups but never saw an ounce of trouble. One minor point would be a preference for more of a selection at the pool snack bar. Great holiday. Would definitely return

Sleeping was horrific. Don’t go with family as all you can hear is music all night and shouting between hotels! At the pool the big groups of teenagers swear and take over the pool hitting people with their footballs. Lovely hotel and staff just the groups that ruin it. Great facilities and positioning.
