住了那麼多次星程體驗感最差的一次，在預訂非特價房的前提下，第一次給我一間位置非常差的房間，下樓去找前台換房間，其中一個人問了我的目的後直接略過了，讓她的同事給我換，接待應該需要培訓上崗的吧，如此的服務態度真的讓人很不舒服。第二次換的房間床單被子都潮潮的，一半邊的床鋪一翻身一股汗臭味，本着不折騰就一晚上就將就過去了，早上起床又看到牀頭櫃和床之間縫隙有煙灰和毛髮，不禁讓人懷疑星程的質量。建議還是提高一下各方面的質量，原本對星程印象還是很好的。

酒店停車方便，早餐的雞湯麪不錯，小梅服務態度很好，就是當地比較乾燥，颳風就帶沙，酒店可以預約免費送機場，機場打出租車到酒店是一口價50元。

飯店非常新，設備設施都很完善也都很不錯，床和枕頭都非常好睡，除了早餐比較普通之外，一切也沒有什麼好嫌的，停車也是很方便喔

設施：可以，唯一缺點是空調製冷不行，有點熱，但是其他還可以，交通挺方便，有位置停車，離市政府不遠，很好找

中規中矩的酒店，各方面都還可以，衞生、設施、服務都不錯，門口停車場很大，酒店離359旅紀念館不遠，去參觀也很方便的，開車也就7-8分鐘。

第一次住星程酒店，意外驚喜，大堂、房間的硬裝特別好，床品非常新而且舒服，早餐很豐盛。特別是前台紅蘿蔔素小姐姐特別耐心、友善的幫助，非常感謝😊
