非常好的一次住宿體驗，雖然衹住了一晚，但能感覺到酒店的用心服務。幫忙換了安靜的房間，半夜送被子，提供機場接送。而且健身房和洗衣房也非常方便，周圍是阿拉爾的市中心，非常繁華熱鬧。

一如既往的“全季”標準，很滿意的入住體驗，當天到酒店已經晚上12點了，前台熱心友好，還説了現在房間有三個樓層可以選擇，請問想住哪層，很貼心。現在準備退房，在13:50的時候給前台打電話詢問汽車出去是否需要錄入車牌，告知前台現在行李已經收拾好了，準備退房，前台説不着急的，也可以到3點再下來，第一次聽到這話感覺心裏暖暖的，對比前兩天在庫爾勒住的全季（當時續住了一天，前台沒有看到訂單，在午休的時候打電話來催我退房）會覺得這家店更有人情味。

游完温宿大峽谷，一車200多公里開到阿拉爾，入住全季酒店，一身疲憊全消！酒店硬件設施不錯，房間整潔衞生，床品舒適，早餐豐富，服務人員熱情！地理位置優越，樓下就是美食店和超市，停車位充足，非常便捷！值得回住！
