Huge and tidy room with big beds, seats, TV and water filter. Just noise from ventilation outside.
Rich and tasty breakfast buffet with already warm food :)
The service staff were very friendly and allowed us to overstay, because we came very late at the first day. That was amazing :)

商旅出差，到酒店後前台辦理好入住進入房間就有人敲門，開門一看居然是樓層服務員送的愛心水果餐盤，這是一般酒店沒遇到過的待遇，屬實有點小感動。房間乾淨整潔，新店裝修時施工團隊也應該是高質量、高標準的裝修團隊，整體裝修還是很漂亮。樓層電梯一健雙控很方便，早餐餐食精美豐富，最重要的前台小姐姐很耐心的給你會現場靈活的處理一些不在她職責範圍內的事給客户解決問題。我相信酒店也是會對她的一個工作勤懇、踏實、負責的一個工作態度給予一定的認可，從而有升值加薪的機會。4鑽級的酒店，非常具有性價比。值得推薦！

第一次來阿拉爾就訂了這家酒店，看網上評分高，果然名不虛傳，新酒店，設施乾淨衞生，有直飲水機，很方便，停車場大，前台還主動為我升級了房間，非常好的入住體驗

房間很大，停車方便。有管線機。但是樓層高會有噪音，前台服務態度不錯，及時調整，讓我們度過了一個安靜的夜晚。早餐一般。

酒店房間很大，乾淨整潔，房間有飲水機，覺得很温馨。還可提供免費自助洗車。旁邊有個大公園，晚飯後遛彎的好去處。服務枱小姐姐熱情大方，給我們提供很多的幫助。

設施：旅遊趕路途中聽説是新酒店，配套設施就是新，無論是前台小姐姐還是客房保潔服務都很熱情，這家酒店真的很值得。
衞生：房間很寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，衞生很乾凈，晚上很安靜讓我睡了個好覺。
