This is a great hotel for families with children – there’s plenty for kids to enjoy and the atmosphere is very family-oriented. However, if you’re an adult looking for a quiet or more mature environment, this may not be the best choice, as most guests are families and there are lots of children around. The food was good with a decent variety, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful kremlin palace hotel 👌 👏 The hotel is above my expectations, it's really all inclusive hotel, everything was perfect, the staff , lobby, swimming pools, rooms , foods ,drinks I have no negative points for this hotel

Overall everything is good, but WiFi is not very good, animators do not work well, not all rooms are in good condition. The location is good, close to the airport.

It is very comfortable to have your own beach and sunbathe on the beach. The beach is very beautiful. There are many ways to eat. You don't have to worry about being hungry. The restaurant is very suitable for relaxation.

The hotel description mentioned billiards and bowling. In fact, it doesn't exist. This fact was very disappointing, since we chose the hotel specifically for these entertainments. In winter, there aren't many activities, half of the hotel doesn't work. I liked the food, the indoor pool, the spa, the service and the attentive staff. The breakfasts are simply delicious. Thanks to the chef!

The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life, service 0 hygiene 0 customer relations terrible staff terrible rooms terrible rooms I had the worst holiday of my life the hotel has a name but it doesn't have itself, especially the people at the reception depend on money for everything, especially the customer relations female managers are really rude and unbalanced, I have never experienced anything like this, I was a guest for 2 hours. I was supposed to come, they charged me 60 €, I checked in early, they charged me 50 €, I will never go near him again in my life?
