I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!

The Trident hotel was the perfect choice for our 1 night stay in Agra. We were met by the hotel vehicle at the train station on our arrival and it was nice to sit in a luxury car with great air con! First impressions of the hotel were good - We had a security check on arrival and were greeted with a warm welcome, including a refreshing drink. The hotel was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. There was always someone polishing and wiping the main lobby. Our room had everything we needed, including a nice garden terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked like magic! We had dinner at the hotel and the standard and Quality of the food very good. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning, which was a buffet. You had the option to order off a Menu too, but we didn’t have time so can’t comment on this. They did serve the best English breakfast tea that we have had in India and a good coffee. Staff were attentive and work really hard. There was always someone available to help. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that, but it looked inviting and the grounds were well kept and added to the ambience. Would highly recommend this hotel -it ticks all the boxes and more!

Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

Beautiful hotel with a great location close to the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was delicious. We had some very very loud guests in the corridors for quite a long time at 2:30am which isn't the hotel's fault, but it was quite disruptive.

Great Hotel in a good location, not very close to the Taj Mahal but still 30 minutes on foot. Comfortable room with all the comforts, spacious, convenient, bathroom with everything you need. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is quite famous in the local area. The environment is not bad. It has only two floors and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage upstairs. If you come to Taj Mahal again, you will still want to stay. The service is good.
