Hotel Atulyaa Taj Reviews

I would say the money you spend here you rather go to another hotel. When we walked in there we felt racially discriminated even though we are Indians but we are treated differently to the white tourists. As soon as we arrived they gave us a room that was on the ground floor that was supposed to be “an upgrade” to our booking. The bedding in the room was in an appalling condition as well as the bathroom. We went back and asked for our original room booking. They still chose to give us a room that was not worth the price we paid. The bathroom fittings were in terrible condition and there was no hot water. The one night the water ran out completely while I was showering. I feel like the staff at this hotel give good rooms to white customers only as we found that they even put other local indians into rooms in the ground floor which is not in great condition. I am disappointed to be treated in this way as a foreign tourist myself. The only good thing was the breakfast and the location is a 10 minute walk to The Taj Mahal.

Pool was under maintenance, we weren’t informed, could have used the space of the swimming material for something else in our luggage. For the rest you get what you see on the reservation ☺️

Ten minutes walk from the Taj Mahal. Rooftop pool is a great escape from the chaos.

Old Room and Furnitures Corridor in front of the room is not clean Good thing ...It is close to Tajmahal in walking distance

It was very clean and the surrounding area was not bad. (I think it's best not to walk around too much at night.) Some of the outlets in the room didn't work, but it was tolerable. There was a refrigerator in the room. They lent me a hairdryer if I asked. The breakfast was delicious. The road to the Taj Mahal seems safe. It's about a 10-minute walk.

I really like this hotel. It's close to the tourist attractions, very close to the Taj Mahal. I can easily walk to the Taj Mahal, the zoo, and other shops. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel also provided a free service. An Indian came to play music for me. The hotel is easy to travel to various places. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. I can swim in the pool and enjoy the beautiful view from the top both in the morning and evening.

I liked everything! Great location, big rooms, air conditioning worked, hot water is available, there is a pool on the roof. You can see the Taj Mahal from the roof. Delicious breakfasts, normal choice, there is fruit.

-Good room, clean, beautifully decorated -The hotel is 600 meters from the ticket entrance on the west gate, easy to walk -Recommend leaving early in the morning at 5 am, buy a ticket to enter, there will be fewer people -Around the hotel, there are restaurants, shops, very convenient -You can travel from the tuk-tuk in front of the hotel -You can leave your bags at the hotel, convenient to travel -Recommend

Breakfast was a bit lacking, but I was satisfied.
