Dissapointed from every perspective. The cleanliness was non existant, the staff not friendly. The slippers in the photo were supposed to be new.

We stayed for 3 nights and were really happy with the overall service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary laundry service and the extended check-out hours, such thoughtful touches! Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Truly an awesome stay and highly recommended!

Nice hotel! Friendly staff, spacious rooms and exceptional breakfast & diner. Located near a mall and took safety measures very well. The floors in hall to room were bit dirty as well as our douche.. water didn’t go well through the sink. Overall good experience!

The hotel itself is immaculate The rooms are big and look fantastic. The location isn't great. It faces a crumbling mound of waste and doesn't look great. The gym is good and the staff are friendly but it took a long time to receive a meal I ordered and when it did, I had to spend a while trying to pay because the card readers had no network.

The service level is excellent, all staff are well trained and breakfast was excellent too. The head of chef walked by and asked us is there anything else we would like to order. Besides, this location is also strategic, about 6km from Taj Mahal and next door is a shopping mall. The cleanliness is excellent too. I highly recommended.
