The location is great, right on mall! There is construction going on but the hotel gave food and beverage voucher, would stay again.

Hotel location was great just at the Rundle mall, if come by Uber input address of Twin street and the hotel just right in front. Not recommend if you can only check in outside the reception operating hours. Our room cards were not able to open the room door and need to call for help, and it took us for more than half an hour to settle, in the cold and hungry night when we arrived from a long 11hours train from Melbourne! There was an opened milk in the fridge from last guest…

Very nice hotel, aside from the odd opening time. Clean and well maintained
