"Used the hotel to attend a family wedding. Very disappointed in overhaul quality and or overhaul service, don't rely on photos on web site. Extremly difficult to access hotel and not suitable for disabled clients. Taxi needed to and from hotel to travel down town and expensive. seems to be used for wedding venue reception close by.... On a positive, grounds and outside pool very well maintained."

"Beautiful property with a short walk to the beach and rocky outcroppings you can walk out to. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. There is a spacious secure parking area with remote gates. Mount Etna is very close around 50 mins drive. I was on a solo trip and the room was very nice, spacious, and clean. Ideal for a couples visit. For nearby attractions, Mt Etna is near about a 50 min drive and I took a morning tour that lasted 5 hours, I also did a day trip to Siracusa an hour away. I would say it’s beneficial to have a rental car to explore. Silvio is a really gracious host and takes care of his property. Great breakfast on the roof."

Residenza Cavour

"Our room was large and clean. Michelangelo is an excellent host who gave us good tips on excursions and restaurants and was always available via WhatsApp. On the day of arrival there was an event in the city center and we couldn't drive to the Residenza. Michelangelo picked us up and guided us. One of two parking spaces was reserved for us there😎. The central location is perfect for exploring the city center. Breakfast was available in three restaurants that were a maximum of three minutes' walk away. We alternated between Café Cipriani and Café all duomo. Both were very tasty and the service was friendly."
