Sono tornato dopo 50 anni di matrimonio in questo bellissimo Grand Hotel e come allora è stato magnifico. Sevizio impeccabile e pulizia ottima. Oltretutto ci hanno dato la stessa camere di allora. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo. Firmato 50+1

Al momento dell'aperitivo, prima della cena di san Valentino, quando il tavolo era quasi pronto : sul tavolo salatini, patatine, analcolico, il cameriere riempiva i flute di prosecco, mi sono avvicinata per prenderne uno, il cameriere mi ha sgridato davanti a tutti gli altri ospiti, perché dovevo aspettare. Un cameriere durante la cena si è pulito il naso al tovagliolo che teneva ripiegato sul braccio. Chi si occupava delle prenotazioni, a differenza di TUTTI gli altri alberghi in cui ho prenotato, ha preteso il pagamento per intero dell'intero costo della prenotazione giorni prima del nostro arrivo, e non una percentuale prima e il resto all'arrivo, nel caso di un nostro imprevisto non avremmo avuto diritto ad alcun rimborso. È il secondo anno che andiamo ad Acireale per il carnevale, la prima ed ultima volta in questo "albergo a 4 stelle"

Siamo stati in questo albergo consigliatoci da amici e devo riconoscere che è stata la miglior scelta di queste ferie. L'albergo è molto pulito e la colazione abbondante. I rezzi sono nella norma ma rispetto alla qualità sono bassi. Torneremo sicuramente in Sicilia e pernotteremo al Grand hotel Maugeri.
