The view is good, but the facility is outdated and needs renovation, and dining reservations are closed, so we couldn't have a good meal.

I would give this resort a 0 stars if I could let’s start Lied to for 3 days about money exchange No hot water in showers had to complain 5 times they put stickers as if I didn’t know how to use and then they still didn’t fix it right Fixtures in room broken Found a lizard in my food Staff broke many promises No Ice for room or mini fridge I can rant for a good hour this is just the bullet points

The staff all very nice and attentive except for Hugo. I know you Guys want to sell memberships but having to avoid him all day and saying no more than 10 times is obnoxious and so rude and made us not enjoy our time here. The kids pool is awesome. The biggest comment here I have is the food and drink selection. It is the worst food I have ever encountered at a resort and we travel around twice a month. We drink beer and all they have is Tecate light. Gross. The first night we ended up going to McDonald’s and in the morning grabbed a ramen from the store. So paid for all inclusive and then Had to buy all the food and drink extra it was just so bad.

We had exceptional service throughout our stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. We would definitely come back again! 10/10 Recommend!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by everyone and were provided info about our stay. We were also informed about all the amenities and the activities we were able to do around the area. We also had someone call us and ask if everything was going great and if we needed anything. Overall the experience has been great so far

Very good experience overall. I don’t like the fact that you have to queue an hour before for the reservation at Andiamo; however, Omar, our waiter was very nice and attentive.

This place was great. Above all the hospitality was amazing they really do cater to all your needs and go above and beyond to meet your expectations. This place is good for families really recommend it.
