The great room and its service at Valet Parking in return said the best I've seen, efficient, friendly, Finally there was everything in this hotel buried and bad, but obvious attention on the beach is a basic in holidays and was not at the height"

"Looking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco. Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week. The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived. The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco. Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco."

"The hotel is renovated and all the staff provide excellent service. However, during peak season, they should emphasize the rules more. Some guests don't respect the rules; they reserve tables, lounge chairs, palapas, and chairs for the entire day. They go into the pool wearing t-shirts, come out wet, go to the elevator or reception, and serve themselves excessive amounts of food without eating it. In my room, the bathroom door creaked excessively. The door to the stairwell also made a lot of noise, and my room was right next to it. When I made my reservation, I requested a room not near the elevator, and they assigned me a room right outside the elevator."

"I had to leave my car several times outside the hotel parking lot because there was no space and I am supposed to be paying for that service as well because there was a legion of Telmex workers at the hotel. I think that management should have put things in order and delimited a specific area for these workers and not left the problem in the hands of regular customers because if you wanted to arrive late to the hotel you ran the risk of there being no parking space and the hotel has a sign saying that it is not responsible for damage to cars or theft. Well, imagine! The hotel beach was not available. That is understandable. What is not understood is the lack of security at the hotel because there were people swimming on the beach with all the damage to the boats there and people drinking and honking in the pools, which is supposed to be prohibited, etc. Etc. etc., in addition to thieving kids who got on the destroyed boats."

"Very good impression from the outside. Location is good. When checking in, there was just a huge line for check-in and check-out. Early check-in was possible, but we were never called when the room was available. We had to queue up again and wait. Very poor check-in and check-out management! A la carte breakfast was cautious with the bill. The pancakes were charged separately for cereal with milk, which was listed as included in the menu!!! Unfortunately, breakfast was very slow and they were unable to provide a plastic bag. Generally, the food in the hotel is very expensive! The pool is good for kids. Getting loungers is a disaster! The hotel doesn't have any good rules that are actually followed. People come at 7 a.m. and leave their towels out, even if they haven't been there all day. Unfortunately, the hotel only has 3 functioning elevators with more than 400 rooms. Very long wait times! It took over 30 minutes to get our luggage down before checkout. Other details regarding cleanliness: Bathroom could easily be fixed with good maintenance. For people over 175cm, showering means ducking your head while showering. The shower wall is very calcified."
