"Nice location, it will take about 10 minutes from the metro station. Modern fashionable business location of the Gangnam? Sorry, it is not. Urban beauty of the Seoul is so-so. Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well. Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers. Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush. Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay. The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip. Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more. Anyway thank you!"

"It’s also a residential building so the entry/exit of the lifts are a bit inconvenient if you forgot something and need to go back up to the room. I had a room where it had an opening for the air conditioner’s ventilator, which did not mask the roadside noise at night but it wasn’t busy road so not so bad. Generally it was a convenient stay."

"Lex is in an amazing location. Staff are friendly and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There's a small issue of the clubs in the basement that are quite loud and reverberate through the building until about 7am. I was on the 7th floor and could still hear the bass a bit. The staff and listings were very clear about this issue before check in and I'm a pretty deep sleeper, so it's not a problem for be. If you're a light sleeper, maybe the 10th floor or higher would be better... Maybe..."

Rooms are cleaned every two days, but fresh towels are provided daily in a basket left at your door, which I found very convenient. Staff & Services: The staff are very friendly and cheerful. I requested an extra blanket, and housekeeping delivered it within just five minutes—very responsive and efficient service. Location: Excellent location right in the heart of Myeongdong shopping street. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the airport bus station (6001/6015), making it very convenient for travelers. Room Layout: I really liked that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. This made it much more convenient for me and my partner to get ready at the same time. Added Value: As a coffee lover, I really appreciated that Nespresso capsules were refilled and restocked every day—a great added touch! Summary: Overall, I had a great experience at Solaria Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The check in process was smooth however before they knew I was a Bonvoy member they hinted that the room wasn’t ready as the official check in time was 4pm (we arrived at 2:30pm) Then they said that I could get the room now because I was a Bonvoy member. It make it sound like the reception wouldn’t help the client unless they were members of their group

The English is poor and nobody explain nothing ! The roof bar is closed and nobody is telling you that it is in refurbishment ! I ‘m distributing in Europe a AI chatbot for hoteliers and really the hotel chain miss this technology to have a better service in the web site and in the hotel - that permits the guest to speak the same language !!!

AAtiiiWe had a wonderful 3-night stay here with my husband. The location is super convenient , right in the heart of the city . and the room was very clean and peaceful. Breakfast was great, and overall, it was absolutely worth the money. The hotel is very new and spotless, which made our stay even more pleasant. Just a heads-up: the reception is located on the 13th floor of the shopping mall, and there’s a smoking area with a really nice view over Seoul . definitely a bonus!

Ffei81I love the interior of my room. It was small but it doesn’t feel small. I can easily store my 2 big luggage there. I am satisfied with the cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature is easily modified. Bathroom is quite small but acceptable. There were only 6 rooms in 1 floor. The cafe on 19th floor is worth to visit. My complain was : every morning around 7 AM, the cleaning ladies talked too loud to each other so they disturbed my beauty sleep. But i still recommend this hotel.

MMsBeh94A modern and stylish hotel located about 10 minutes on foot from Seoul Station or Heohyeon Station (slightly closer to hotel), making it an ideal base for travelers using the AREX to Incheon Airport or the KTX to other cities like Busan. The concierge is on Level 1, accessible via the pedestrian-only Seoullo overpass or elevator from the ground floor. Do note that the route from Seoul Station involves gentle slopes, pedestrian crossings, and minor stairs, which might be slightly inconvenient if you're hauling luggage (not bad, might just need more time to arrive hotel). The hotel has a trendy on-site restaurant, Seoulista, that can get busy at night, which adds to the city vibe and offers room service options like Korean fried chicken (though slightly on the pricey side). A 7-Eleven is nearby, and Namdaemun Market is about a 7-minute walk away, great for morning eats or exploring during the day. Room matched the photos – ours came with 3 single beds, though space is a bit tight, especially if trying to open multiple suitcases. Amenities were sufficient, except for no microwave, toothbrush and toothpaste, in line with South Korea’s sustainability policy (banned one-time use amenities). The TV supports Netflix, and cleanliness was well-maintained with daily housekeeping visits. One downside was the warm, dim lighting, which could make makeup application a little difficult. Complimentary luggage storage at hotel is available, which is convenient for early check-in or late departures. The Seoul Station area can feel a little rough at night, with a visible homeless presence, especially in underpasses. While they’re generally harmless elderly individuals, it’s best to remain aware of your surroundings and use the overpass when possible, where there seems to be a 24/7 security guard presence. If you have time to spare, the Lotte Outlets and Mart at Seoul Station is a great stop for last-minute souvenir shopping or snacks – it gets quite busy on weekends with travelers making final purchases before flights. Overall, a comfortable and well-connected hotel, especially for those prioritizing easy access to major rail or bus lines, though the room size and price point may be worth considering for longer stays.
