Clean room with reliable wifi. Staff is very friendly. There was a fire show on the night we stayed (not everyday, suggest to check the schedule with the staff). Good location. There are lots of restaurant and mart near by.

Great hotel price wise. Big swimming pool with nice slides. Nice private beach feeling. The breakfast is normal. The room is big with a very big balcony including seating. The only minus is the small bathroom. But the shower area is good with hot and good pressure water. Friendly staff, food and drinks are fair and no ++. We will come back.

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

Stunning place, incredible balcony onto the beach and amazing food selection. Serene and just stunning. Highly recommended. Need to get a taxi into town but upside is quiet seclusion. Taxi truck is 50-100 baht pp each way.

Stayed in the budget rooms, which are about a five minute walk from the main resort and on the opposite side of the road. Room was very spacious and well designed with lots of places to put stuff and plugs near the bed. Bathroom was also really nice and featured a large independent shower, with lots of shelf space to put stuff. The breakfast is very nice and the resort is located in front of a beautiful sandy beach. Overall a very pleasant stay. One negative is that the Wi-Fi was not working so we ended up using up all of our mobile data during our one week stay.

Highly recommended this resort!!! Very nice place and location is amazing, located in the best beach in Koh Chang and it’s not far from the pier, there is convenient store and ATM in front of the resort. The resort has everything you need and fully of facilities. The food is delicious and reasonable price. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back!!!

Very good , good big room , lots of things to do , great price at time of booking considering what has to offer compared to other places in the area , good breakfast not the best I save that for star convention in rayong .. Overall considering we on am island at the mercy of controlled prices was as a fair deal , stay again in a couple of days ..

The hotel is pretty old, you can tell. But the area of the hotel is still nice, 2 swimming pools and it feels like you’re in the middle of jungle and the restaurant is on the beach together with fire shows almost every night. The beach itself though wasn’t the best experience. It’s too shallow and water wasn’t clear.

The best place for couples to enjoy the time with each other. Super friendly staff (thanks a lot You guys) will help with any questions and advices. Highly recommend if you want be out of the noisy citys and enjoy sounds of nature, this is the place for you! Villa room with fishes pool is incredible!

The hotel is in the city center. There are many restaurants with delicious food around. There is a lot of parking. The hotel does not look very old. The room is clean, but there is no breakfast. Note: It is not yet time to check out, but the staff called a lot before the time!

We stayed in December in the building on the shore. The hotel has a good location in relation to the infrastructure: macro, 7/11, cafe, market. But for those who care about the beach, the hotel does not have one. It is not important for us (without children), the entrance to the sea is by stairs, almost immediately deep, but at low tide there is water. The hotel is at the end of the beach, we like that no one walks past. The hotel territory is very beautiful, a swimming pool with a view, enough space for sun loungers, the territory is clean. Breakfasts are good for Thailand. Kayaks and SUPs are free for guests. The rooms are certainly tired, renovation is needed. But the hotel is price/quality. If possible, we will definitely return.

This is exactly what a relaxing and restful vacation should be like! A little paradise on Koh Kood! Our stay at the Dusita Resort was simply unforgettable. The complex is beautifully situated in the middle of tropical nature, with direct access to a wonderful, quiet beach. The bungalows are lovingly decorated, clean and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they anticipated our every wish. The little details in particular, such as fresh coconuts on the beach and the recommendation for excursions, made our stay perfect. The food at the resort was delicious - fresh fish, Thai specialties and a great atmosphere right by the sea. For us it was the perfect place to switch off, unwind and enjoy the beauty of Koh Kood. Beautiful cabin, bright room, great location on the west slope, close to a beautiful sandy beach with colorful fish stocks. Most of the staff were friendly, the cleanliness of the room was adequate. The biggest problem was some unpleasant guests. It was a nice stay. Thank you very much for that.

Let's start with the pros: the hotel is new, everything is done well, the rooms are modestly furnished, but have a minimum of everything. The location is good, the beach is nearby, literally a 3-5 minute walk depending on the pace. The mattress and pillows are good, there is hot (through a water heater) and cold water. There is Internet, but the speed is not fantastic. The staff is smiling, kind, they understand almost no English. Towels from the room can be used as beach towels and returned every day in exchange for new ones. The territory is small, there are no sun loungers. You can rent a bike for 300 baht, like taking the keys, then throwing them on the table and goodbye, no one inspects bikes. The bike is Honda click 125, in good condition, they don't care if you have a license, that's your problem, they give you a helmet, but everyone on the island rides without one, although there is plenty to kill yourself in, a lot of steep hills and a road made of concrete slabs, in places with good cracks for the wheel to lead. Now the downsides: mosquitoes, there are a lot of them, small, it seems that they are not there, but they are. Buy repellents, especially for the socket at night. Breakfast is complete trash, 3 courses and that's it, the same thing day after day, you can live for 2-3 days, then you get bored. The BIGGEST downside of this hotel is the audibility, you will hear EVERYTHING, the farts and snoring of neighbors, everything that happens on the street, since the glass there is single, it is not even a double-glazed window. One concrete slab, if someone drops something far away on the tile in the room, you will know about it. Noisy refrigerator. The restaurant, which is this hotel, does not give discounts for residents, the food is bad, there are always a lot of people there, drinking beer and eating, there are even queues, I gave it 2 chances, but this is really bad, even when compared with neighboring establishments. If you want fish, eat in the fishing village, it is 15 minutes by bike, no need in this restaurant. There are palm trees along the path to the beach, it's cool, but the staff doesn't cut coconuts from them, you're walking through a minefield, you play roulette every day, for some reason they cut them on the territory of large hotels, here no one cares. There is no kettle in the room and the room itself is tiny, you can't even open your suitcases. If you're traveling alone, then it's fine, if you're traveling as a couple and with suitcases and for more than 3 days, you don't need to come here.

I really liked the hotel, we lived in a house near the sea, it was clean, cozy, the staff was attentive, when they saw that you didn’t understand, they turned on the translator on their phone 😂😂😂 in the restaurant you can use toasts, tea, coffee, buns, croissants and other things for free all day, thanks to the hotel🙏

My friends stayed at the Shanta’s which is really nice. I spent the days at their hotel because the landscape and layout was far superior. Also the Shanta rooms overlook the water whereas paradise is like a travel lodge motel. I understand the Shantaa is more expensive but the paradise was designed not to look very nice. There is much landscaping and a very sterile environment. The rooms and facility need updating. The breakfast is very low quality even the bread and juices. The main courses were maybe a 2 to 3 out of 5. The service was fine in the lobby and housekeeping was ample. They did not replace my coffee and the shower gel was broken and I left it by the sink thinking they would repair it but they did not. If you want to be near the beach and do not mind staying in average rooms with no view, this is the place. I was unable to find another reasonable priced hotel with good ratings on trip. The trip rating system is flawed since my service was fine and they do have amenities.

Usually a hotel or resort doesn't live up to the advertising but in this case it definitely does. Koh Kood is a beautiful island and this resort is amazing. Incredible location on a stunning beach, amazing facilities and fantastic staff. The deluxe pool villa was well-appointed with everything i needed, including a delightful little pool. The resort's galaxy pool is big and looks straight across the lawn to the beach. Every single staff member I came across was friendly, helpful and professional. I hope to come back to this beautiful resort another time.

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

Nice location… good service. Unfortunately the days i was staying. It was raining and cloudy so couldn’t do the kayak that the resort provided. 😢 Everything was nice. ***The bar is under-construction untill October but you can enjoy the seat around there dont gorget to prepare your mosquitoes repellent spray!! The mosquitoes there are really biggg***

All liked it! But I will write a little about what could have been done better, so that the hotel knows where it can grow. 1. It was a little difficult to communicate with the staff and communicate with them by mail (when I wrote with a request to reserve separate beds for us in advance, they told me - hello! If such a room is free, it means it will be, if it is busy, it means it will be busy.) 2. Sunbeds. There are fewer sunbeds than hotel guests, and therefore when we arrived at one o’clock in the afternoon, all the sunbeds were occupied by someone: people simply threw their towels at breakfast and went somewhere for the day. That is, the sunbeds were all occupied, but they were not used. Perhaps if we added 4 more sunbeds it would be better. Otherwise, the hotel and location are so good that I would return there again. The rooms are perfect, the breakfast is good, everything is incredibly beautiful and well maintained.

An incredible stay at Mira Montra from start to finish. We were so impressed by the service, including pick up from the boat (which we didn't even explain when we were due to arrive), the free kayaks/paddle boards, the complimentary afternoon tea, quality of the rooms and the caring nature of the staff. They helped to arrange and drop us off at our next boat, which made it much less stressful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The view was to die for, and the resort itself was a close bike ride to the other bars/restaurants. We can not comment about the lunch or dinner in the hotel as we ate elsewhere and also rented a bike from down the road. I'm so glad we made this trip and chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend!

At first we booked our room from trip.com with fully paid. When we arrive to hotel our booking was not register at hotel. However hotel arranged to give better room than we booked. It was a nice trip with my friends and hotel employees have great smile and they help everything that we need. Thanks for your hospitality. And hotel rooms are also clean and tidy.
