In Vemb, 20 km west of Holstebro, the old manor Nørre Vosborg lies beautifully in a protected cultural landscape with over 800 years of history behind it. The manor is partly a hotel and conference centre, and partly a powerhouse for cultural experiences in music, theater and art with space for more than 300 guests. Nørre Vosborg houses two different restaurants, each offering their own unique food concept - but even though the restaurants are in sharp contrast to each other, they share the manor's historic surroundings. At Classique you can look forward to a French bistro atmosphere and classic virtues from French cuisine, while at N.V. Tasting is taken on a gastronomic journey of simple and classic servings made with local ingredients and exciting techniques. Nørre Vosborg also offers 56 charming manor rooms distributed around the historic buildings. The rooms range widely from our luxurious suite of 65 m2 with beautiful nature views to junior suites, superior rooms and standard rooms.
