Location is 💯 - just right in front of Venice Mestre Station - super convenience to take bus to Venezi too. Room was clean and tidy with all amenities. The only downside was the soundproof - our room was at the end and share a door with next room so we can hear clearly what others were talking in their room. Check in & out was easy and straight forward.

This is an ideal studio hotel. There is a small kitchenette with induction cooker and microwave. Also a dishwasher and fridge. All cutlery, pots and pans are there. Supermarket (Interspar) is just 5 mins walk away. There are a few eateries nearby the hotel. All the staff are friendly. We were met by staff Hinda who was super helpful. There is also a laundry room on ground floor. To go over to Venice just need to walk across the road to the bus stop above the flyover bridge. Many buses go to Venezia, 2, 7, 7E, 8E. The train station is about 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.

The location here was amazing, close to the train station and a short walk into all the sights. The room was cleaned daily and a good size. Hotel staff were super friendly hand helpful, breakfast had a fair choice of cold cuts and breads/cakes and a small selection of cooked foods (eggs, bacon, sausage) The only real disappointment of our stay was that despite having very specifically booked a double bed room, our room was two single beds which had been shoved together, with two single mattresses and separate bedding. The beds were very easy to slide apart from each other and I almost rolled into the gap between them during the night. Would still recommend but be mindful when choosing your room

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to train station and bus terminal. Lobby is decorated elegantly with friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious too. Breakfast is wide spread and sumptuous. The staff who check us in for breakfast welcomed us with lovely smile and warm greetings 👍❤️. 2N pleasant stay in the fantastic hotel 🤗

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – it's definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Venice. It's barely 20 meters from the train station that takes you to Venice Island, just across the street. The train ticket is only 1.5 Euro, with trains running every 5 minutes until 11 PM, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel rooms are very well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious, and they provide slippers, an electric kettle, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. What's especially worth mentioning is that I made a mistake with my room booking, but thanks to multiple interventions from Ctrip, the hotel graciously offered a free cancellation, which made us very happy. This is a highly recommended hotel, and Ctrip is a truly trustworthy platform.

For three people, including city tax, and costing just over 1000 (units not specified), the value for money here in Venice is truly unbeatable. The hotel's main drawback is its distance from the train station, which makes it more ideal for those arriving by car. However, if you plan your trip and use the People Mover, the journey is significantly shorter. There's a Vaporetto (water bus) stop conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance. Be aware that walking from the train station would take at least 35 minutes. The breakfast, for an Italian hotel, was exceptionally generous and definitely met the standards of a large hotel group. Occupancy seemed quite high too. While the rooms are on the smaller side, for a short stay of one or two nights—really, just a place to sleep—they are perfectly adequate; what more could you possibly need? If you're looking for bigger rooms or more amenities, you'd naturally expect to pay more. In summary, if you figure out the public transport route from the train station to the hotel beforehand, your stay will be absolutely perfect. For travelers who aren't overly particular about minor details, this place comes highly recommended.

This hostel is a paradise for Venetian travelers, whether by car or public transportation.The host is friendly and the facilities are clean. It's so perfect. Highly recommended.

Very near to the train station, easy to travel to venice. Very near to bus station to get to airport as well. Within 10-15mins walk, there are many restaurants like Korean and Chinese food. THERE ARE BUBBLETEA SHOPS!! The hotel is clean and quite new. The receptionist is quite helpful. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Fridge is working and cold, heater working and aircon working. Not all receptionists can fully understand English. The room got no WiFi connections and even our own phone data connections! Feels like im in a bomb shelter. There is no safe box in the room, but you can safekeeping with the reception and put in their safe box.

It’s a great place to stay if you travel to Venezia by car. There is a free parking, right next to your house in camping. The shuttle to Venice organized by camping, the price is 2,50 euros per person, book it in advance. There is a huge swimming with all amenities on the site: toilets, showers, restaurant and cafe. Great place to stay with kids as well. A huge swimming pool will be a great entertainment and relaxation after a day in Venice. For adults they organize is a party night near the pool.

Andrea was one of the best hosts I have meet in the forty years of travelling. We had an issue with a train strike in Italy and we were supposed to travel to Montorosso. He went beyond to help with the situation ringing the next hotel in Montorosso and organised an early train ride with some issues about check in time. We organised an earlier train and we kept on our schedule. He greeted with a smile and was professional every day. Accomodation was clean great location close to st luca train station. The bags were taken to the room and the was explained PowerPoints safe television remote. I strongly recommend hotel Amadeus Venice. Andrea will be a general manger one day.
