I only have positive things to say about Hotel Plaza Venice. From start to finish, my stay exceeded expectations. Reception & First Impression The lobby is spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept, with a touch of elegance that you immediately notice upon entering. The location is perfect, right across from the Venice Mestre train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling to or from Venice by train. After a long train journey, stepping out of the station and seeing the beautiful façade of the hotel feels like finding an oasis in the desert. It's easily the best-located hotel in the area, and that first impression is unforgettable. Check-in Experience I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff was quick, efficient, and professional. Despite the late hour, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the courteous service. Room & Cleanliness The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything in the room, including the bathroom, felt new and freshly renovated. The bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities provided. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Breakfast Experience One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast room is large, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The hotel has several staff members serving food and beverages, which ensures everything runs smoothly. There are plenty of hot food options, and the variety of coffee drinks is impressive — you can order cappuccinos, mochaccinos, and more. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. I can confidently say that the breakfast at Hotel Plaza Venice is excellent. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Plaza Venice offers an outstanding experience. The perfect location, luxurious reception, modern rooms, and exceptional breakfast make this hotel the ideal choice for anyone traveling through Venice. Very close to Mestre train station. I really liked everything at the hostel. Breakfast was quite good, and the garden area was very enjoyable in the evenings. I appreciated the sink and mirror in the room. The only minor issue was with the drain in the shower. The only downside was that during the 4-minute walk from the train station and main road to the hostel, some of the people on the street seemed a bit unsafe and unreliable. However, there were no actual problems. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

What can I say? From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. They even offered us coffee from the breakfast floor when we asked about good coffee spots nearby, and kindly let us use their machine. It was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location is fantastic—just minutes from Mestre and only 5 minutes from a supermarket, with some great dining options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and to top it all off, they surprised me with a lovely birthday note and a bottle of prosecco. It really set the tone for our trip—a perfect start to our time in Venice!

The only complaint was about noise. I can hear people talk next door. Clear enough, but only if I understand their languages. I requested a quiet room and yes I we were arranged to nearly the last room of the floor, but the room isn't soundproof. It was very annoying because people were up late. Excellent location: last bus stop before going on the bridge to Venice Island, so it's always crowded going out and returning. Something to consider if you need to sit or travel with kids or elderly. Friendly staff: checking in was smooth. Cleanliness: acceptable. Towels have some dirts on. The shared kitchen is small but packed with people. We just went to check it out, but it stinked. Overall I think it was great. If your budget is limited, this is the best option.

The administration and service was good, they give us even bigger room then we order for the same price., no waiting time at all - service was good and room was clean with all necessary supplies.

We stayed 3 nights for our honeymoon at this hotel, the only window was in the bathroom, the whole room was very dark coz no windows.. old facility as you can see on the wall etc.. not recommended for people who want romantic experience in Venice.

I came to B&B Tre Croci Cortina for a solo stay – I've been here on sabbatical for 6 days and 5 nights, and my stay at this B&B was nothing short of amazing. It's located right outside of Cortina, which is very convenient because of how close it is to Lake Sorapis, Lake Braies, and Tre Cime & Cadini di Minsurina. The hotel staff is very kind, patient, and courtesy... and the kitchen/dining staff is PHENOMENAL. They're very intentional about making your staff feel like home. Yamirka & her fellow dining staff made the difference in my staff. The rooms are very modern & there is plenty of space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, too. The only cons I would mention are the level of noise from patrons who don't do their best to abide by the ask for quiet in the hallways – I don't think it's intentional, but the closeness to the hallways makes a bit of a difference. Also, I'm someone who likes to sleep with it very cold, and my room thermostat wouldn't go down for some reason (I just slept with the door open as it was cold outside at night). I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're coming to the Dolomites, stay here! 🖤

Villa Rosa will forever hold a special place in our hearts. I had followed Villa Rosa on Instagram for a long time and having been visiting Kefalonia since 2017 I knew from the moment I walked the grounds that this would be my wedding venue. Joy and her team were nothing short of fantastic. They made sure everything was always perfect. Even down to making me a special Greek drink to help when I lost my voice the days leading up to the wedding. Our wedding breakfast was one of the prettiest spreads of food I have ever seen! Joys pool bar breakfast was the highlight of our days and the food was phenomenal. I can’t stop thinking about the waffles & croissants. The views are also breathtaking and I wish we could wake up to them every morning. We can’t wait to visit again soon :) x

This hotel offers affordable accommodation close to the centre of Venice. 5 minute walk to the bus and train stations - get into the centre of Venice within 15 minutes with minimal cost. Hotels rooms are comfortable, clean and with great showers. Delicious breakfast with wide range of choices. Located close to an excellent Italian restaurant and Ice-cream shop which does the best food! information about safe is misleading - no in room safe - valuables can go in the hotel reception safe but this has limited opening hours. Despite this, I would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel and very close to the train station - everything was great except the wifi was none existent so had to go outside to the centre if I needed to use wifi. Breakfast was lovely.

easy online checkin. No staff after midnight but all is possible with a downloadable smart-phone-installed key. Very simple, very easy. In the morning, we were greeted by friendly staff and even though breakfast was not included in our price we still got a little take-away cake as a gift.

Great place to stay! Quiet surroundings near the station easily accessible without having to do any stairs (important if you have heavy luggage). Room was clean and comfortable , good value for money

The location of West Point Hotel is quite strategic with Decathlon and Iper Familia across the street. The bus station is around 200 meter away. Actually it is much nearer if the side gate is opened. We took bus from Verona Porta Nuova to Dossobuono and dropped in front of Decathlon, walked a little bit and we reached the hotel. The breakfast was abundant and had many varieties. The room was clean and tidy, enough for single traveler like me.

Bed, or rather terrible beds. The double bed was two single beds that separate making noise as soon as you move, if you're not careful you'll fall in the middle. The mattress is very thin and too soft especially considering the bed base. Uncomfortable is an understatement. Excellent location with convenient parking. Adequate continental buffet breakfast. Cleanliness and room services in line with the price. I won't stay here again until they change the beds.

The breakfast was very good, the parking in the surrounding area is free but you have to arrive early, they were very kind when I needed help with some services.

We stayed in Oriana Suits for 1 night. One very strange thing about the hotel that the suite was ready only by 2^30. And you have to leave the hotel next day at 11:30. That't true that Oriana Suits have very good location, but we found out that in an extreme situation the staff is not helpful AT ALL. My wife broke a glass in the living room. We asked for a help at 6 p.m., at 7^00 p.m. we reminded of the problem - the glass was all over the floor. We went to watch a show. When we returned back at midnight the small pieces of glass still remained on the floor. Nobody cleaned it - as you understand, we couldn't use the room. We left the hotel, and nobody did anything about it. So the smiles of the staff are another proof that fair words butter no parsnip. We don't recommend this hotel to anybody because if something happens to you in a strange city there is no help on the side of the hotel staff.

We had accommodation for one night in this hotel and the experience was good one. The hotel is quiet, clean rooms, comfortable bed, varied breakfast. The only dissatisfaction was that, although one of the people in the group was absent, the money paid in advance was not returned, neither for accommodation, nor breakfast, nor the city tax.

This was the best hotel in our 3 weeks Northern Italy tour. Though rated 4 stars, it gives a 5 star experience. A very classy hotel. Location is perfect, in the center of the historic district, 10 meters from Verona's ”5th Avenue” and 3 minutes from the Arena. Everything is within short walking distance. They have parking for 21 Euro, but can also provide a Verona parking tag, if you can find a free blue parking spot. The hotel is meticulous in detail and amenities. The room was large, and we lucked out and even had a balcony and a small sitting area. The maintenance is great. Large 50+ ” TV. Bed was large. Room had many outlets available, with a special device for charging. Service at the front desk was superb. The public places are extremely well maintained. I am not sure how they rate hotels in Italy. We stayed at a 4 star in Arezzo that felt like 2 stars. Compared to that experience, the Accademia is a 10 star experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this structure and, I must say, it is a hotel a few steps from Piazza Bra where the Arena is located, therefore, an excellent location. The structure is clean both in the common areas and in the room, the latter being large with a nice spacious bathroom. The good welcome, professional and helpful reception staff. Breakfast room service ... unfortunately I have to give a point not to give unclassifiable. Total lack of organization, there is no room manager to control the work of the employees, I say this because two episodes have happened to me that absolutely must not happen in a top-level hotel. First of all I approach the buffet and, wanting to get some fresh fruit, I notice that the containers of fresh pineapple and watermelon are empty, this absolutely must not happen as even before the container is completely empty it must be replaced with something already ready in the kitchen , after asking if it was possible to have said fruit I was told that they were preparing it, I assume they went to pick the fruit as everything arrived after a good 15 minutes but, that's not all, I ask a room attendant if it was possible have a coffee spoon as they were missing in both containers, my affection told me that he would have done so immediately but he continued to carry out his duties until after five minutes I went in front of the kitchen entrance asking for a teaspoon, remained perplexed by my request, they verified the lack of cutlery and began the search for crockery, after a minute, apologizing, they said they had forgotten them in the dishwasher (the excuse is worse than the accusation). Surely none of this would have happened if there had been the presence of a manager trained for this type of service. Unfortunately for errors of this type the entire structure loses value. I apologize for the length of the review but it seemed only right to explain what happened so that the management could improve the service.
