Coconut Beach Resort, Koh Chang

We stayed in a standard room, everything was sparkling clean and nice. The housekeeper, Taechka, was very artistic with the towel folding when she cleaned. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious. The grounds are beautiful, but be careful of snakes – watch your step. The swimming pools are very clean.

Great atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. The decor is lovely and the kids loved it. There's even a special corner for children.

The room matched the pictures perfectly and was clean. The hotel had a lush, natural ambiance, except for the breakfast area which was a bit dim – a shame given the seaside location. The staff seemed a bit tired and didn't smile much, but their service was good. The location is excellent; you can walk straight to the beach. The atmosphere is wonderful, and after coming back from the sea, you can immediately jump into the swimming pool.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a 7/11 and Lotus's nearby. The breakfasts are absolutely superb. However, this time I got a room that wasn't great, especially the bathroom. The rooms on the road side are much better and brighter.

Great location, clean accommodation, close to 7-Eleven and restaurants. The staff provided excellent service.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and as always, everything was excellent. It has a convenient location with shops and cafes nearby, and a great beach.

Overall, my five-day stay was decent. The room was cleaned daily, and I got fresh water every day. Over the weekend, a lot of Thai families checked in. Too bad I can't upload the video.
