This is a hotel that will make your stay perfectly memorable and enjoyable! It has all the elements that bring you close to the local heritage. The hotel management spent 5 years from designing to building it, retaining most of the original heritage while allowing patrons to enjoy all modern facilities. Loving the idea of “daily movie night” - it’s a well thought activity for those who are too tired to travel in evenings. Service crews are mostly friendly, and I enjoy their kind gesture and flexibility. It’s not as costly as the other few top-tiered heritage hotels. I highly recommend this hotel who those who love simplicity yet still hope to feel close to the local heritage.

The parking fee is rm5 per 24 hours if you validate your card with the counter staff. However, the counter staff overlook the correct time to validate, and our parking hour is less than 24 hours... Except for the parking issue, the rest are all good. Recommended to others

The room was comfortable with good amenities provided. The service at the reception was also excellent. However, the noise from the upper floors was excessive and very disturbing. I stayed on the ground floor, but the loud sounds of people moving furniture, hammering, and knocking on walls were disruptive. Additionally, the bathroom light was not working, making the bathroom dim and unpleasant. The TV couldn’t connect properly due to the intermittent Wi-Fi, which kept disconnecting. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t bother calling customer service. On the bright side, the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was an okay stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Augustine from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Great location, directly overlooking Pantai Puteri Melaka. The room could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to spare you from being traumatized. I came here for a business trip, and my room wasn't the best. The floor and furniture were dusty, and I had to personally sanitize the whole room because I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness. The toilet was decent, but the sink was kind of clogged, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. There was no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The bed was comfortable, thankfully. I was skeptical that there might be bedbugs because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet, but it turned out to be all good. I had a comfortable rest for the night, except for the loud noise from the fridge. The location was great, easy to park and near the entrance. The staff were really friendly, so that's a plus point.

Location: strategic near jonker walk, klebang beach, various other facilities such as 7E, Farmasi and many more. Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood. Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel. Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.
