The hotel room and facilities itself was very nice and comfortable. Just next to the Wengen train station.
Front desk service could be further improved.
Our room on the fifth floor faced Jungfrau, offering a beautiful view. The outdoor scenery from the ground floor lobby was also breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. We had a small hiccup during our stay: on the first night, the hot water in our room stopped working, so we couldn't shower. We contacted the front desk, and they said there were no maintenance workers available at night. There was no follow-up after that. We contacted them again, and the front desk staff, speaking in broken English, gave us two options: switch rooms or wait until the next morning for repairs. We chose to switch rooms, and the front desk gave us two 'sorry' cards for free drinks at the bar. The new room was on the second floor, facing Mönch. This hotel seems to have a lot of Asian tour groups.
Location, location, location! It's super convenient, right next to Wengen station. The town of Wengen is small, with all the restaurants, shops, and the Coop clustered together. Wengen is a stop closer to Jungfraujoch than Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. The train station right outside the hotel offers one-stop shopping for all your transfer tickets. I arrived by train from Zurich, and it required two transfers from Interlaken. It's ideal for guests planning to visit Jungfraujoch. Even if you're not going to Jungfraujoch, it's a peaceful and viable option. There are short hiking trails uphill, about 1.5 km to the top. I even went for a run in the morning.
Service: Very warm and thoughtful. They helped me plan routes and even went out of their way to find a power adapter for me.
Breakfast: Among the four hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip in Europe, this one had the most extensive breakfast, with pretty much everything you'd need.
There is nothing to say about the location. The main thing to go to this place is to take the cable car. I didn’t remind you when I made the reservation. Fortunately, we arrived not very late. I drove up the mountain directly, but it turned out that the car couldn’t go up, so I went down obediently and took the cable car up. , After a few hours of tossing around, I didn't check in until 11 o'clock. 😅
The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.
The lady who checked us in was very distinctive and welcoming. After checking us in, she explained the hotel's amenities in detail. The hotel is a typical cafe-bar/hotel combination, so you might not notice it if driving by. There's a private parking lot right in front of the hotel, which is a reasonable 10 CHF.
If you buy a breakfast-inclusive package, you can enjoy the view (pictured in the second picture) while you eat. The breakfast is very generous and the taste is quite good.
The first floor has a large terrace (pictured in the first picture). I'm sure the view would be stunning on a clear day, and it's one of the hotel's highlights. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great that day.
Although the room was small, it was well-equipped. The only drawback might be the lackluster soundproofing.
Spiez is a very peaceful and quiet town, not crowded with tourists.
My personal experience was quite good.

Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient.
Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away.
We had a wonderful stay here at the Mercure in Biel. Check in was fast. Room and Hotel was spotless clean. Aircondition worked great. Bathroom with showergel, shampoo, liquid soap. Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the fitness and sauna on the 6th floor. 24h Reception is great.
Hotel breakfast can also have many varieties. scenery is very beatiful. Arriving at the hotel and checking in was a bit unpleasant at first, because I personally booked the hotel alone and not booked by a travel agency. I booked a large room of 24 square meters, and in the end the hotel gave me a small room of more than ten square meters. A room as small as a bed and a suitcase can not be fully opened under the ground. Very angry at the time. Because the hotel says that the room is only one large and one small, there are no other rooms. Let us choose ourselves to discuss. In the end, I had to make concessions. After thinking about it, I paid for a room of 24 square meters but gave me a room of more than 10 square meters. This is the behavior of the hotel. After communicating with Ctrip, I changed my room to a larger room. Ctrip had a good communication this time! give a like.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and the environment is nice, but you must drive to this hotel, otherwise it is too inconvenient. I think it is enough to stay for one day. If you come, just park your car next to it. It is a bit outrageous to charge 20 francs for one night.

IIka_EllyWe didn't plan on traveling here at all. It was a last minute decision. But one that we don't regret.
The staff was beyond nice and helpful. We really felt genuinely welcomed. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a big warm smile.
Arriving in our room, we had a Easter gift. Two super delicious chocolate bunnies. It was a welcomed gift. At breakfast we also got chocolate eggs.
The breakfast was rather small, but it had all the necessary things and we always left with a full belly.
The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The beds are comfortable although the pillows were too soft.
The hotel was very calm and a little bit outside of the village in nature.
Dogs are welcome and thanks to the location of the hotel, it was perfect for walking them without leash.
The sauna was perfect. It was very big and had a chill out area where you can lay down. It would have been nice to have some fresh water at hand though.
The location was great. Just a short driving distance from numerous hiking spots.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. It's within walking distance to West Station, and East Station is just a 102 bus ride away. Downstairs, there are convenient supermarkets and pharmacies. You can even watch people parachute, and the view is beautiful. The room is spacious, and the balcony even has a clothes drying rack. However, a Chinese tour group arrived. Out of all the hotels, this was the only one that hosted a Chinese group. It was very noisy. What's more, I found out on the day that the price I paid by booking in advance was actually more expensive than the walk-in rate, which is quite unbelievable.
CChanThis hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby.
GGuest UserThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.
GGuest UserJust one reminder for those who want to book this room
as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.
