Halfboard menu was normal in terms of flavour. The grilled trout tasted much better than the other pork option. No aircon in the rooms but surrounding temperature was luckily not too hot during our stay. Jacuzzi was amazing with views of the mountains (but facing the breakfast location) and suitable temperature, even provided us with comfortable slippers. Check in was smooth and staff were more than willing to offer help.

Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient. Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away.

The room is a snow view room with a small balcony and beautiful scenery! It is close to Interlaken West Station, which can be reached in seven or eight minutes on foot. The front desk will give you a free bus card, which can be used unlimited times during your stay. The breakfast variety has not changed a bit in the past few days, and the quality and service are OK.

Amazing hotel in the centre, everything close by foot :) I would prefer to have access to my city bus pass from the morning of the day of my arrival and not after check in, but I guess this is standard.

After dinner at the hotel, I returned to my room. There was a brief sun shower, and to my astonishment, I witnessed the rare spectacle of sun-drenched golden peaks and a beautiful rainbow after the rain. All the fatigue from the journey melted away; it was absolutely worth it. I'm extremely pleased with this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the location is convenient, and the service is outstanding. They also offer train station pick-up and drop-off arrangements at any time.

In order to close the loop of the towns around Interlaken, this time I went up the mountain and chose Mylan Town as the foothold of Xuelang Peak. The room is relatively large in Switzerland, but there is a slanted span of the beam in the middle that affects the space of viewing and walking. The difference between dry and wet is too far. In fact, it is not convenient to use. The wet area also lacks waste paper baskets and other items to affect the use. Health: The public areas and rooms are very clean, mainly just opened, the taste of the new decoration in the corridor is still relatively heavy. There are still traces of unrenovated outside, especially the ground and garbage, which will be muddy on rainy days. Environment: Needless to say, facing the snow-capped mountains and cliffs, the weather on the day of our stay was average, so it affected the whole experience. Services: The centralized heating stopped in May, but the mountain was five or six degrees, very cold, the room was cold and shaking, the bath area was not blocked, and the bath would be colder. There is no electric kettle, and it is necessary to rely on the Delong coffee machine to boil hot water, but our room is also bad. Overall, the price of about 3,000 is understandable for the hilltop town, but the facilities can be better.

This hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby.

Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a little over a 10-minute drive from Interlaken, making it particularly convenient if you have a car. The six of us stayed in two comfortable apartments, each featuring three single beds and a balcony. From our balcony, we were treated to the breathtaking sight of the mountains bathed in golden sunlight. The apartments were equipped with microwaves, so on our first night, we bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked dinner together. The only minor point was that it felt a bit *too* natural. Breakfast is highly recommended; it was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options, including salmon. The salt-baked eggs were incredibly tender – I made sure to have two every day! Overall, it offers great value for money.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.
