This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

We were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

This place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night. The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free. There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).

All good except badly need an extractor in the restaurant for breakfast. After every morning's breakfast meal, come away smelling of hamburger!😝 Good location near Shin Urayasu train and bus station, bus limo to/from Haneda and Narita @1300yen and 2300yen makes it convenient. Parking is expensive so need to price in if renting car. Shuttle to Disney offered Free drinks (including bee and sparkling wine) and snacks available in the evening which is a nice touch

I used the self check in counters but the staff were very proactive and helped me with my check in. They speak very fluent English! Be mindful that parking must be reserved in advance, or you may park at the Times parking which takes 5 mins by walking. The hotel provided us with a JPY1000 voucher for parking at Times when we checked out, so the parking is basically free. The room was spacious enough for a small family. I’d definitely stay there again.

Kid-friendly, the kids enjoyed sa candy bar and the variety of foods for breakfast. The room is spacious and and the bed is large enough for a family of four 😊 And I loved the free shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort 😊

I accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window

As transit hotel it has everything to survive and rest. 24h Lawson is a plus for passengers arriving very late or early. Big room to accomodate family traveling together. On time FREE bus pick up make the travel from/to airport is manageable.

It’s perfectly located near Bayside Station, which made getting around so easy, especially with the added convenience of a free shuttle bus that runs to and from the station, i can simply just go to the station by walking distance tooo! The view from my room was simply breathtaking—so serene and peaceful, and I was so impressed by how beautiful it was that I spent a lot of time just gazing out. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the bathtub. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in it! The warm water and the calm atmosphere made it feel like the perfect escape, and it was such a cozy, tranquil experience that I didn’t want to leave. The room itself was impeccably clean, and I really appreciated how well-maintained the entire hotel was. It felt like a truly refreshing and comfortable getaway, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The hotel is quite new and modern. It’s a short walk from the Narita train station and literally across the road from Aeon Mall. The buffet breakfast was included and was really great. Like most Japanese hotels the room size is on the smaller side.

Hotel was in driving distance to the airport with free shuttle service to and from airport to the hotel - the driver was friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious, good amenities and a good view to the forest side - it gets noisy when planes fly through but in the night it’s quiet. Front desk was friendly and worked well. There is a convenience store on 1F inside the hotel too.

Good Location for person to depart from Narita Airport. The hotel near train station and have free transfer to airport. There are convenient stores near by. Staff have service mind.

Shuttle bus to & fro airport was very efficient & convenient. Both drivers were very helpful, and had helped to load up our luggage. Hotel rate was affordable. Breakfast was great!

We stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

Good choice for those who want to visit Disney. The shuttle bus is reliable and with multiple timing. We took the shuttle bus to Disney to access to Maihama metro station which is convenient. Have to walk cross the road for airport limo to Haneda but it’s not difficult, just need to catch the right timing. It’s helpful especially after long day in Disney. Room is spacious and upgraded our room from 3 person to 4 person room. Room is clean, comes with bathtub and separate toilet. The public hot spring is good idea after long day. There is cafe available nearby, 5 mins walk from hotel.

Great hotel directly across from the monorail so easy to get everywhere. Our room had a view over DisneySea and we could see some of Fantasy Springs. Rooms are huge (American size) which was a welcome break from the tiny rooms we experienced in the rest of Japan. Small convenience store in the hotel as well which was useful as well to pick up some small items.

Great location. Busses to and from the hotel, Disney's, and trams are available and come around often. The facility has many restaurants, a Disney store, and a convenient store, but I do suggest getting extra amenities or dine around Maihama Station if you're on a budget. The room are quit retro and have everything you need. Sleeping wise beds are okay, pillows though are like flat sponges. Staying here is fine if you're looking for affordability near the parks.

Although it is a little far from the station, you can take a bus to the nearby area after exiting Shin-Urayasu Station. There is a LAWSON convenience store nearby. You can pick up some supplies in the room by yourself. There is a public area where you can eat, and there is also a direct shuttle bus to Disney. Frequency a lot of

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour. The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash. Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting. The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center. I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late. The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more. The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

The restaurant does not require reservations, so there may be long wait times when it is busy, but apart from that, you can walk to DisneySea (a taxi is only about 800 yen) and there is a large public bath, so it is a very nice hotel!

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

I booked the single standard room and it looked exactly like what I booked, mini fridge with free water and a ice bucket, I'm not sure if the ice were free but you can get them easily near the lift lobby, love the bathtub and the bidet. They provided shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner, I don't see many hotels provide hair conditioner so I was glad to see that. They had the humidifier in the room which was good because it was really dry in the room. Haneda airport limousine bus stop was just beside and behind the hotel so you don't have to worry if you are travelling to and from Haneda airport. The cost of the bus was 1400yen. I would certainly visit the hotel again next time when I visit Chiba again!

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

I stayed at LiveMax Hotel Chiba Station for 2 nights. I felt comfortable, nice and quiet. The room environment was clean. The strong WiFi was my biggest help! Located at the west exit of Kyoto Chiba Station, turn right and walk straight along the overpass. The hotel will be on the left in front! There is a lift going down and there is a convenience store nearby! Restaurants, the surrounding area is very lively, close to shopping mall and bus station! Great experience riding the aerial tram to Chiba Central Park/Zoo! Will definitely book again next time I visit! The hotel location/environment is relatively cheap and highly recommended! I wish all employees health and happiness! See you next time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. The hotel on the last day of my trip to Japan, just to see the sea before leaving. The hotel has washing machines, ice machines, free drinks after 2 o'clock, and a very delicious cold drink vending machine, which is a plus. In addition, I went to many museums in Japan and the air conditioning made me feel cold all over. I felt comfortable in the hot spring on the third floor of the hotel, which is a plus. The photo shows the midday sun shining on the pillows and quilts at the head of the bed. I was suddenly moved and took a photo as a souvenir. The disadvantages still need to be mentioned. The room has a slight smell, which is for those with sensitive tastes.
