Our reservation was originally with Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls but due to room maintenance, they kindly arranged alternate accommodation for us and it exceeded all expectations! We were given a room at the Hilton hotel with a double king-size bed, stunning views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and even a relaxing jacuzzi that was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day. The Hilton’s location was excellent, the room was super spacious and spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you to Oakes for swiftly securing another option for us and to Hilton for delivering top-notch service throughout our stay!

I went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman 😅 glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.

The price I paid for this hotel that booked through Trip.com I paid breakfast. I paid extra for this but when checking in they said they no longer included breakfast. This was disappointing and should be updated on your website. Also, I didn’t know about a big parking fee.

My mother in law stayed here for a night and said everything was fine. No complaints. Easy to find, clean.

The room is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The front desk supervisor, staff and floor cleaners are all warm and friendly, reflecting the high professional quality of the staff and showing the high-quality hotel brand image.

The hotel is not far from the airport. It takes about an hour to get there by taxi, and it costs about $100. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The hygiene is very clean. The front desk service is also very good. It is very close to TD Bank, supermarket, and dollar store. There is breakfast, but there are not many varieties. I stayed for a few days and didn't change the taste. It cost more than 200 Canadian dollars a day. The price is not expensive. I will stay here next time and recommend it to friends and relatives nearby👍

The Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia is a modern, new hotel with fantastic amenities. The fitness center is great, offering a wide range of machines and treadmills perfect for a solid workout. Breakfast is included and served at the adjoining Boston Pizza, where guests order from a menu—standouts include the classic breakfast with eggs cooked any style, a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, three toast options, and crispy home fries. The rooms are clean and modern, and the open-concept lobby provides lots of comfortable seating. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Guests can also enjoy access to the second-floor pool, though it can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to people passing through the halls. The only drawback was the air conditioning units in both my room and a friend’s, which were noticeably loud at night.

Convenient location, at the elevated exit. There is a fitness center, swimming pool and gym. The room is a bit old but still clean. Breakfast is OK, can eat.

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

I was scheduled for a 3 night stay in Brampton.  The first morning I got to hotel to see if check in early and drop off bags.  Unbelievably, the room was clean and unoccupied. The manager says that their early check in fee is $95!  Since, I am sure, no one ever pays that, so it is not like it is a revenue stream for hotel chain.  All it succeeds in is pissing off customers.  What skin is it off their teeth if room is empty and I just wanted to drop off bags? Continental Breakfast was a disaster with no coffee cups or spoons and stale food.
