Grateful for the microwave, fridge, and complimentary bottled water that the room was equipped with as well as the extra blanket which I used to support my back as the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. As for the restaurant the price was not cheap but the portion was truly great.

Location is superb! Shoppers opened for 24hrs and Loblaws are right nearby. It’s also near to metro station and got loads of restaurant to eat around. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Aircon is working and quiet enough for a good sleep. Carpet is quite old and dirty tho, and the water pressure for shower is insufficient :( If you want to drink hot water, you will have to borrow a kettle from the reception.

I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area. The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night. I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back.

It was great staying there. Staffs were nice, and the room was clean enough. I would love to stay again!

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, and it is very convenient to go to the city. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and polite, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The facilities are complete and the smart devices are easy to use. The bathroom is clean and the toiletries are also good.

Convenient location near highway 401. Plenty of car parking space but need to pay cad 20 per day. No frill hotel without any facilities. Terrible coffee in room. The entire hotel only has 3 lifts for all guests with 1 out of the 3 lifts permanently not working. The lift is so slow and crowded. We were allocated the room next to the lift despite we requested a room furthest from the elevator. It was so noisy every morning.

This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. Notable upside: For fifty dollars we were able to extend our check out by four hours, which is a better deal than at many other hotels. There are two Best Westerns here and this is the one that allows airport shuttle pick up after midnight. (Taxi is expensive here, so pick this Best Western if you have late arrival). The only downside is that shuttle service only occurs about every fifty minutes.

This was my second stay. I was particularly impressed by the coffee machine in the lobby and the simple breakfast offered daily. The complimentary airport shuttle also made my overall travel arrangements very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. If you're comfortable using the local public transport, you'll find a bus stop within a 3 to 5-minute walk. I forgot to take photos during this second visit, but I easily used the bus to get to Mississauga city center and even Toronto's Union Station, which was incredibly convenient.

Clean and tidy, well-equipped, and thoughtful and welcoming service. Convenient transportation and high cost performance. I accidentally left important items at the hotel. The hotel staff helped to keep them carefully. I returned to the hotel to retrieve them after 3 hours. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. Will stay next time.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
