Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!

I didn't want to get off if I didn't use the hotel's car pick-up. The room is fairly new, the shower switch is quite new, it is not convenient to twist, the hard hand hurts. I read the previous comment that there is no hot water. When I first tried it, I did not have hot water. It was a little warm. I tried the water temperature in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening, evening, and late at night. It seems that there is only hot water in the middle of the night and in the morning, and it is hot to the hot. I estimate that it is possible that the hotel's boiler capacity is limited, and there is no hot water when the water is at its peak. One thing to be reminded is that this hotel is a vegetarian hotel. No matter whether it is breakfast or Chinese, there is no egg, not to mention the meat. I don't know how the breakfast photos were taken when someone commented on it. Anyway, the hotel waiter said that there are no eggs. The hotel also did not have wine, but the waiter said that he could quietly send me to the room. When the waiter cleaned the room, I took away my personal toothpaste toothbrush. I called the room service to protest and knew that the situation would directly hang my phone. Stayed in the hotel for 3 days and used the hotel's car 3 times (receiving and sending local traffic). The first two services were very good. The driver was not easy. In the crowded road, the left and right sides of the needle were fully displayed to show the Indian driver's superb driving. Level. The driver of the third car was haunted, chatting all the way, keeping the speed at 20 yards, all the way was overtaken by other cars, and looked at the messy environment outside, I shrank back the hand that wanted to push the door. Fortunately, I have plenty of time to go to the airport. For the hotel to the airport pick-up and drop-off is 1000 rupees, I see a comment saying that I want 1200 rupees, I don't know if I am a big bargain this time.

Good location, lowest price, service is OK. The nearest hotel to the Taj Mahal, just a few minutes walk to the gate. The charges for foreigners in the Taj Mahal are dozens of times that of the locals. When you turn right at the hotel, you will go to the place where you sold the tickets.

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

Simply Wow! My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby. Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people.
