"I just finished my stay at De Palma Hotel Ampang and I am truly satisfied with my entire experience here.
I stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room (Room 806) and was pleasantly surprised to get a view of the KL Tower. It was absolutely beautiful, especially at night.
The room itself was very spacious, clean, tidy, fragrant, and comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night's sleep. The bed was also comfortable, and having a Smart TV was a bonus, allowing me to enjoy Netflix or YouTube while unwinding in the room.
Breakfast was definitely one of my favorite parts. The sambal for the nasi lemak was incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the porridge was fantastic. The food selection was satisfying and started my day off right.
Among the amenities that also made my stay easier were:
* Free parking.
* A clean and comfortable prayer room (Surau).
* A strategic location, making it easy to walk to nearby eateries and facilities.
What left the biggest impression was the service from all the hotel staff. From the front desk to other staff members, everyone was very friendly, polite, and always helpful. I forgot the name of the female staff member who handled my check-in process, but she was very welcoming and made the check-in experience so pleasant.
The hotel lobby was also consistently fragrant, creating a comfortable ambiance as soon as you stepped in. In terms of service, hospitality, and comfort levels, my stay here reminded me of the standards found in hotels like ibis. Not because the hotel concept is the same, but because of the consistent quality of service that makes guests feel truly welcomed.
Overall, De Palma Hotel Ampang is very suitable for solo staycations, short family getaways, or business trips. For the price I paid, this hotel truly offers excellent value for money.
Thank you to everyone at De Palma Hotel Ampang for the hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

The bed so rock hard was not able to sleep for the first night at all. The experience was really bad but they brought a topper the next day and it was okayish but the ongoing reconstruction in the flat near by did not allow me to do any work and rest properly. It felt like they were drilling on top of my head m. So out of 3 nights I was not able to get any rest. Plus the apartment is facing the motorway and it is very noisy. Lastly when I moved in the apartment was not clean and they was no detergent to wash the clothes and nor anywhere to hung them. The customer service team was really responsive to my massages and concerns but I would definitely not stay here again and they allowed me to drop my bags in the flat before the check in which was great help.

Guest UserThe room was clean and convenient for three of us. The bathroom is clean, water pressure is good. There is water cooler downstairs at lobby. Two ladies who incharge at counter were friendly. Parking is at shop lot area, need to pay to mpaj but still manageable to get parking in front of the hotel. I think all is good, the cons only difficult for muslim to find foods nearby. But this is only minimal things, overall about the hotel, good job!
