GGi zel05My family and I enjoyed our stayed. They are also accommodating. Will definitely recommend it. Just don’t use their umbrella cottage beyond 9am since you will be charged for it.

NNICOLAS ERIC JEAN-PIERRE MALLETI truly enjoyed my stay there.
When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated.
The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication.
I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance.

There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy.
Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban.

RRuth BenneteWe had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair.
However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

JJima Zandra VergaraIt was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

DDa Ppl’s Champ.Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

GGuest UserIt was clean and relaxing place to stay. I like the fact that it offers some drinks/food that you can consume and pay, if only i was traveling with my family or friends it would be even happier and fun

MMacbethBeautiful place, but pretty remote. It's 90 minutes on bad roads from Tacloban airport, which is pretty off the beaten track. Recommended for those who like being away from it all. Food is good, although not cheap. Wifi good in the restaurant, no mobile signal elsewhere.
