It was a good hotel that offered meticulous hospitality and various experiences.
From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the doorman and treated by professional and friendly staff.
Since I stayed for multiple nights, I received savvy club benefits from the hotel, including late check-out, lunch, and a gift certificate worth 2,000 yen.
The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors had a great view of the ocean and the water quality was good.
The rooms faced the ocean, so it was great for viewing the stars at night or the sunrise.
The Awa Odori, which is performed every night from 8:40 PM, provided a great opportunity to experience the culture of this region, and there were also experiences such as seaweed picking and dyeing.
For dinner, I had a buffet at 彩, and the tuna dissection show was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste.
In addition, I really liked the fact that this accommodation actively made efforts to practice a sustainable environment, such as installing recycling bins in the rooms. If I come to Tokushima again, I would like to stay at this hotel.
I had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Tokushima! The staff were the real highlight—super friendly, attentive, and made everything so easy, with no trouble communicating in English at all. The hotel’s location right across from Tokushima Station is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for excellent service and a prime spot to explore the area.
Close to Tokushima Airport and convenient transportation. The hotel provides artificial hot springs to relieve the fatigue of the day, which is great! There is also a free welcome drink in the lobby, and the coffee is delicious. The room is a bit larger than ordinary Japanese hotels and is quite comfortable to stay in.
Breakfast and dinner were a very special Japanese delight.
You need to book in, for meals, the day before. As we didn't know this on our first night, they drove us to Lawson's convenience store to buy food as no restaurants in the area were open after 5pm. There was a lot of choice there and the hotel staff heated our food up when we got back.
The onsens were lovely. Both an inside and outdoor bath available with lovely skin products available for use.
Very good hotel, set in the bay, exclusive scenery, very comfortable. In the morning, sitting in the morning dining room facing the sea, watching the sea, fishing boats and birds, every bite you eat is delicious... unforgettable!
The customer service attitude of the employees was very good and I had a very comfortable day. I was very satisfied with the variety of breakfast than I expected. The child asked me to add sausages. It was very good to be able to watch YouTube on TV. I stayed to see Awa Odori, but it was convenient except for being close to the station. I will ask you again.
The hotel is located at the seaside hotel on National Road 55. The environment is beautiful, the hotel facilities are very good, the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant are very beautiful, the room is Japanese, the place is comfortable, the waiter is friendly, and there is a large bath, you can soak in the bath to eliminate the fatigue of the day. If it is passing by here, it is worth staying at this hotel. Then continue the journey.
It is similar to domestic economical chain hotels, such as the Four Seasons Hotel, but the overall design and decoration are much more exquisite than domestic hotels of the same level.
And free parking is provided, which is definitely worth the money.
Best location as it is very close to the tourist spots. The staff are very helpful especially Lin at the reception as he gave us lots of useful tips and explanation. The owner was most attentive and she sang for us at dinner time which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and the onsen on the hill is very interesting. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting there again.

FFenyuanqiqiIya Onsen is one of the three most secret hot springs in Japan. I took the JR to Oboke Station and contacted the hotel to pick me up at the station one day in advance. I took the hotel shuttle bus at around 3:10 pm and arrived at the hotel in about 20 minutes. The room was OK, and there was a massage chair. The hotel has an outdoor hot spring at the bottom of the Iya Valley, an indoor hot spring, and a private hot spring for an additional fee. What needs to be complained about is the food of this hotel. I booked a one-night stay and two-meals package, and the breakfast and dinner were quite average compared to other hot spring hotels...

JJins travelAbout 15 minutes walk from Anan station. There was a drug store and a business supermarket near the hotel, so it wasn't an inconvenient place. I felt that there were many construction-related customers. Not much different from other super hotels.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation fee. Breakfast was average.

JJamieFergusI booked two rooms this time. The environmental facilities are also very good. The check-in service staff is also very polite after 9 pm. The room key has been prepared early in the morning.
Unfortunately, there is only one small bath in the big bath.
XXiaoxuwanEverything was fine. We booked a pick-up car in advance through Ctrip (although we were 10 minutes late and there was only one person in the station in the dark winter night...
The view outside the room window was the view in Figure 1. The hotel also provided a timetable for trains passing through this passage. It really deserves the title of a hotel with a superb view.
There is a sauna in the hotel bathhouse. In addition to taking a bath, you can also steam. The gel lotion used in the bathhouse is sold in the store on the first floor. I personally think it is very easy to use, refreshing and non-greasy, and moisturizing enough~
In addition, there is a buffet in the morning, not a Japanese set meal.
Everything else is impeccable and worth the money!
GGuest UserThe appearance is a bit old hotel, the actual opening has a history, but the facilities are still OK. Breakfast and dinner are super positive, plus the surrounding environment, it is really a value choice.
