I had an exceptional stay at your hotel! The room was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly and professionally. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience—I can’t wait to return!
It was close to the station, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a large public bath, so the environment was very good.
Recently, all hotels do not have amenities in the room, so you have to get them at the front desk, but I was disappointed that there was no milky lotion.
A nice hotel with great staff especially in the restaurant. They are polite and helpful. Reception and concierge were also professional and helpful. Room house keeping is very good.
Overall a great stay thanks to great and friendly customer service.
Happy to visit again.
Traditional ryukan with futon beds and shared public baths with buffet breakfast and dinner included. Whilst I enjoyed my first ryukan experience it may not be for everyone, the building is older and the cost is quite pricey for a family in my case anyway. Would still come again. We stayed here for two nights. The island is beautiful and I had a nice view of the rabbits and the ocean from the window. You can also rent bicycles at a reasonable cost. They don't sell rabbit food so you might want to prepare your own before you come to the island. I'm vegan and whilst they did say to ask the staff to show you which items were vegan at the buffets there really wasn't much choice especially at dinner. Maybe I should have made a special request before I arrived. There's no vegan food available for lunch at the cafe, so you'd need to bring your own food

The overall experience was ok. The path to hotel is a pebbled slope and stoned entrance, it’s gave me sort of a nostalgic feel, but it’s not luggage friendly. But I must say the hotel needs to do something on the ventilation/air circulation in the building. The room I stayed was near to the dining hall so the BBQ & food smell travelled & lingered along my room floor corridor throughout my stay. The onsen is located at the same section as the dining hall, the smell affected there as well.
Probably because of the small size of Kure Port, the hotel is not expensive, the rooms are larger than those of ordinary Japanese hotels, the service is good, and the restaurant is rich in the characteristics of Kure Port's warship culture. It is very close to the Maritime Self-Defense Force Historical Museum and the Yamato Ship Museum. The hotel front desk also provides a traditional Chinese version of the Kure City Guide, which is very convenient. In addition, there is an airport bus that goes directly to Hiroshima Airport at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.

The evening buffet had a wide variety of food, and beer and wine were all-you-can-drink. Pancakes ordered in the morning were also included. In the lounge, water, tea, and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and ice cream and momiji manju were even available for free, so we used them many times when we came back drenched in sweat in the middle of summer. The whole family was very satisfied, and it's a place we'd like to stay again and recommend to our friends.
Very high price to value ratio. Great location 1 block to Hiroshima Peace Park. Lots of shopping, eating, and drinking in the area.
Will definitely choose this hotel again should we return. to Hiroshima
It was one of the best hotels I ever slept in Japan. Usually, we try 3 to 5 star hotels in every local capital city. This one is of course famous Prince hotel but it is quite away from the city center yet situated in the most beautiful area of Hiroshima. From the hotel rooms we could see the skyline of the town and the sea.
Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast.
With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.
Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot.
Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

GGuest UserThe hosts at this Ryoken are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there on departure. This was crucial as we would have otherwise struggled with our suitcases up the hills and through the labyrinth of small streets! The location is a little bit away from the central area, but that is what we wanted. It was so peaceful at night, the deer wandered past our the front as we relaxed in the open air footpath. The food was nothing short of excellent. They specialise in seafood dishes so if you have an allergy it would be important to let the hosts know before you arrive. The rooms were simply and elegantly appointed: we had everything we needed. The onsen onsite was fantastic! After a long day of walking we felt very relaxed afterwards.
Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay on Miyajima unforgettable!
GGuest UserLocation is about 10 min walk from JR station, but quite a good location to walk to most tourist spots within 30 mins. No cafe or restaurant in the hotel, but there is a large supermarket and a Komeda's cafe nearby. Also, there are lots of restaurant choices near the JR station. The public bath at the roof level offers a relaxing treat before sleep.

EEvgeniya_MGreat place to stay in Hiroshima. The room was quite spacious (by japanese standards). Easy to get there from the station by bus, the memorial park and peace museum are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby and we got complimentary apple jelly in our fridge. Soaking in the onsen was great after a long day in Hiroshima and Miyajima, the place was also clean and there was everything necessary for a bath.
This was our first stay in Dormy Inn, and I would definitely choose this chain again.

GGuest UserThe hotel can provide free delivery service! Be sure to contact the hotel in advance! The hotel is also quite far from the pier, and there is a flight of stairs to get there, but because of this, the room can see the big torii! One night and two meals are good, and the hot spring private bath is also good! When you leave, you can store your luggage, and then go to the pier to play, and ask the tourist center at the pier to call the hotel and ask them to send your luggage to the pier, free of charge!
CCHUJUNThe location is very convenient. There are many parking lots downstairs for self-driving tours. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which requires an additional fee. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the shopping street, Praco, and there are many gourmet restaurants nearby. The room is really small and the suitcase cannot be opened, but this is basically the case in Japan.
施施This is definitely the best service hotel in Japan. Everyone knows that Japan's service attitude has always been good. This is a bit of a good time. As long as you see the waiter, you will smile and say hello! You can try it for dinner, and the meal is very rich! The hot springs in the hotel are not a bit boring in the open air, but the bubbles are not bad. There are a bunch of deer at the door~... You can call the hotel at the Miyajima Pier. If you want to go to the shrine, you can call the hotel to send you. Room we are on the fourth floor, sea view is OK!
