Pesona Alan resort is just next to Tsmsn Safari Bogor. It is in a very good location if one intends to visit Safari.
The room was clean, and we requested a change of room due to the initial room assigned to us being blocked by a giant tree. The staff was accommodating to change another room with an unblock mountain view.
Staff helpful and good service
Menu resto kurang variatif... No food tradisional.
Closet saat di flush tidak maksimal
Kamar mandi agak smelly
Nice view hotel
Staying at Sariater Hotel is quite pleasant, even though it is an old hotel, it is quite well maintained and good. There are natural hot water bath facilities, delicious food, and a spacious jogging track area....quite impressive.
1.the curtains are dirty
2.the aisle carpet seems to have never been vacum
3. Restaurant facilities such as wanting to eat teppanyaki, there is no information on IG or website if you have to reserve H-2
4.the old toilet floor is dry
5.the onsen facilities are not open
6. The swimming pool is good at the rooftop because it is so cool.
7.bathup size is less large
8. Letoy toothbrush
A very stylish hotel, harmoniously integrated into the tea plantations on the hill near Chiatera. There are several pools with water from thermal springs, and a regular pool, and several restaurants on site. Breakfast - local cuisine. The Deluxe Villa is spacious and clean, there is an area for tea ceremonies, and a free local tea room. The villa has a fireplace and a usable roof with a relaxation area and an excellent view.
Good ,clean but there was a group of tourists who had a party in hotel . They talked loudly and tried to take group photo at the pool. I was laying on the bed beside the pool and they came and took photo in front of my bed , cameraman stood over my head. It was so rude to disturb other people.
The room was quiet, and the front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean, but there were dirty stains on the towels on the first day. The white towels had turned black. I would like to recommend a good cleaning method. There was a resident band at the buffet, and the food was monotonous and not fresh. The ordering was great, especially the steak. The Ikkyu restaurant was nice and worth a try. I especially praised the coffee at breakfast, which was very good!

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe place has a super location. Itβs near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who werenβt staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.
AAdityaVery nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!

LLisdarather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either.
room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.
EElsaDLThe place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

GGuest UserTo be honest, it's just so-so overall. It's an industrial area, and Japanese hotels are probably like this. The service is very good, but the restaurant is a little worse in all aspects, so it depends on your budget.
