Hot Springs Hotels in Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia

I stayed for 2 days in this hotel. They claim as 5-stars, however I feel like 4-stars hotel might be better in term of services. Upon arrival, the room was not ready and I was offered free upgrade. However the room for non-smoking is not available. As I tried to enter the smoking room, the smell was so awful, so I insisted to change to non-smoking room. They can find new room—said it was upgraded from previous one, but I can’t find the difference (only the floor level is higher). The next day I tried their fitness facilities. Gym room is ok, though the equipment feels old. The only problem is their pool. The water was a bit dirty and it’s so crowded unless you swim at 6 AM. Other than that, overall is ok.

Third stay here. The entertainment outlets were the main reason. Try to believe. Near to sawah besar station. One stop away at mangga besar station is a food paradise. Room was ok. Pillows were too soft for me. No water boiler so couldn’t enjoy my coffee. Shower was strong and hot. Will be back again.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Always satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The onsen facility is what keeps us coming back to this hotel. One of the facilities that we think is really worth visiting. The food at the restaurant is also quite varied with a pretty good taste. Thank you Kuretakeso. We will be back again.

We stayed 2 nights in the Horizon Club room. Excellent customer service, attentive to guests needs, quality toiletry items, comfortable room, enjoyable club lounge experience with tasty food, options, drinks, and friendly staff. Good fitness centre. Nice big garden with extensive pool.

We had bad experience with the room amenities. The air conditioner didnt function well. Super duper hot even at night. Very little counter space to put our stuffs. Everything was basically on the floor. Really hate the shower curtain. The lighting in the room was too dark. The room and toilet were not very clean. Found hair here and there. Bathroom has mold and at the shower curtain too. Breakfast buffet was just ok. But the cafe is nice and comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is great because its near to Gambir Station.

Clean room Facilities are good. Bath water pressure is high. Environment: Beautiful Service: Indonesian service is pretty good, but voice communication is a bit difficult. Fortunately, I have a certain foundation in voice. Hygiene: You have to take care of your own hygiene. But I see there is a kitchen and a microwave so I can have a simple meal.
