I stayed at Aksari Resort from April 30 to May 2 with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a memorable experience that I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation.
From the moment we arrived, Ms. Ayu Diah assisted us with great professionalism and warmth. She kindly guided us through everything during our stay—from check-in to check-out. Although the resort was fully booked and we weren’t able to receive an upgrade, she was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our requests, including spa and restaurant reservations. Her service made a big difference in our overall experience.
The resort itself is stunning, the breakfast was excellent, and we were also impressed by Ms. Lovi at the restaurant, whose friendly attitude and warm smile added to our positive memories.
If we have the chance to visit Bali again, we will definitely choose Aksari Resort without hesitation. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special, especially thanks to both, Ms. Ayu Diah and Ms. Lovi!

During our stay, my child fell ill (digestive issue) and I was deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by the receptionist and Service Express staff, particularly Safitri. She consistently followed up on my child's well-being, showing genuine care and attentiveness (from doctor recommendation, daily follow up, to complimentary plain porridge suited to my child's needs).
I was truly impressed by their outstanding service and hospitality. Of course, the hotel's amenities were in line with the high standards expected of a five-star establishment.
The hotel has first-class facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and comfortable bedding. The front desk service is warm and professional, and the check-in procedure is quick. The location is excellent, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. I especially like the swimming pool and gym, which are well maintained. I will choose this hotel next time!
Small boutique hotel near Pantai Legian.
No toiletries provided, and I found it weird when the check in desk handed us bath towels upon arrival.
Also, there are moths flying around in the room.

Amazing place to stay in Canggu! It is located on a quiet street next to a beautiful rice field away from the noise, but within walking distance of the center, the beach and all the entertainment. The territory is very green. The main feature is a beautiful pool overlooking the field. The room is small, but cozy and has everything you need. There is enough hot water in the shower. Excellent cleaning. There is also a kitchen with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Addie. The only downside is the high audibility in the rooms (but can be solved with earplugs).

Facilities: The room is newer than AYN Linpan and AYN Resort Hotel, but the sound insulation is very poor. My friend who lives in Linpan can also hear other people talking in the corridor, which is very unsatisfactory. The small size of the room is also a shortcoming.
Service: The staff provided good service. The staff at the Rock Bar also helped to take pictures, which was very enthusiastic.
Environment: 4 hotels share a public area, dining in the restaurant, swimming in the swimming pool, and there are many people. The most outrageous thing is that there is a queue for taking pictures at the H2O swimming pool from 6:30 to 9:00, and there is also a queue for going to the Rock Bar. There are a lot of people everywhere in the hotel. The resort hotel has become a pure Internet celebrity store. It doesn’t feel like the quiet resort hotel I like.
Hygiene: The hygiene is quite satisfactory. After all, the park is indeed large, and it is understandable that there will be dead corners in some corners. The room hygiene is well cleaned.
The journey to bobocabin kintamani was beautiful. I arrived and the check in process was quick and easy. You are quite isolated in the hills so the app is super helpful. I ordered amazing food, and they have many options to make the most out of your stay. Transportation, fire pits, sunrise hikes, board games, etc.. the coolest features were in the room, the mood lighting + ability to blur out the window or use a physical curtain. Will definitely be back!
A very extraordinary stay experience, beautiful view of the hot water swimming pool directly facing the mountain, the atmosphere during the day is a bit noisy because there are animals that are very noisy and loud but when it gets closer to night it's quiet again, the food is delicious, the breakfast is also extraordinary for the price it is a bit pricy but it is guaranteed to be very worth it with what we get there.

My highlights of staying in Bobocabin was how cozy it was, wide variety of HALAL food on the menu, and the various activities you can do in the vicinity. It may not be the easiest accommodation to get to, or to travel out of (hence the 3 stars) but they made the food, activities and top notch customer service so that you will feel comfortable and occupied even if you were to stay in throughout your stay. Just take note that there are a lot of stairs to climb up and down to get to your cabin and back to the front desk, though the staff are more than willing to assist you with your luggage.

Wow this place is a hidden gem.
Perfect place to relax and enjoy your time while taking care of yourself during your vacation.
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful in anything I needed. The instructors were great and supportive during my stay and made it very special.

GGuest UserVery nice room with a private pool looking out at the forest. Dessert and welcome drink on arrival was very nice. Shuttle service to Ubud palace every hour til like 10PM. Worker at the lobby and the entire facility are friendly and always willing to help. It was definitely a very pleasant experience staying at this villa.
There were two things that can improve on. The door can use a new lock. Even when we lock the door (from outside). The door can still be pushed open. And there are some mosquitos in the room and some ants and bugs crawling but mostly outside the room.
RRadomirGreat little villa in the remote area of Sebatu village. It’s very secluded place perfect for a single traveler looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy streets of Ubud (the closest bigger city) as well as couples just trying to relax and spend some time together.
It’s 10km from Ubud or good 1 hour of car to get there (traffic is pretty crazy) however if you don’t need the lights of the city or more social environment you have pretty much everything around the villa. Several restaurants that are 300-700meter away with pretty decent food options for both lunch and dinner.
On top of that you have couple of massage places nearby as well.
Fairly close to Tegalallang rice terraces (around 20min by scooter).
To finish I’d say that the villa is small but very comfortable. The staff is pretty available and hospitable.
Definitely recommended.
AAnonymous UserStarted well at this nice hideaway. Very nice staff was a great plus. A lot of things were good with the pool and villa being cleaned etc but a broken bathtub, ants and a cockroach or two didn’t help. The staff helped when they could but were slow to reply via their QR code. The foot massages were amazing!🙂
Quite a bit away from central Ubud with a shuttle bus on hand running four or five times to relieve the burden of taxis or bikes as a way of transport.
The breakfast wasn’t great. Didn’t take advantage of the 3 course meal included in our package, after the breakfast, so we thought they’d include a quesadilla and two drinks we bought on the first day instead, but unfortunately not. At the same time, with all the other issues above, we thought they would have.
Overall, not worth the money paid.

GGmvgChose this place as it was not in a very touristic part of Bali. The room I had was beautiful with outdoor bathroom + shower, the staff was very nice and has tour + spa services they offer with extra fee.
Beware of the tours, if you exceed the hours it's supposed to last, you'll pay extra! I wasn't made aware of that which was a major disappointment. Besides the driver was adorable and made adjustments for me to enjoy as much as possible.
Other bummer: the resort is close to a pig farm so there is an unpleasant smell and horrible screams for a couple of hours per day.
