The stay was comfortable and if ur looking for a peace and calm then this hotel is perfect for them we got a good room 3610 and view with higher floor but the Tamil lady I don't no her name when we arrived @12:45 she said that the check in time was 3 pm but after 5-10 mins she has given the room a big Kudos to that Tamil lady...and bell boy russian guy he is very friendly and helpful more over I felt like a home....... we will be back again in future 2 things which we didn't get that is when we asked for Plates we didn't get from room service and also for the Tv assistant we have asked but no one has come to check this 2 things could be improved better.

I recently had a 12 hour transit in Dubai and decided to book a room at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira for some muchneeded rest.I’m glad I made that choice!The hotel is conveniently located just a 15minute drive from Dubai Airport,making it ideal for a quick stopover. The room was impressively spacious and comfortable,providing the perfect environment for a restful sleep.After a long journey,I truly appreciated the comfort and tranquility of my accommodations. The overall experience was very positive,everything was in good order and I felt well taken care of during my brief stay.The hotel was a perfect spot to recharge before continuing my travels. If you find yourself in a similar situation with a short layover,I highly recommend the Ramada Plaza in Deira.It’s an excellent choice for a quick and restful stay!

We were very pleased with the Hotels location. The room was comfortable with a magnificent view. We added on for breakfast. The food was average, but adequate with a good variety, but nothing memorable. The staff could not have been more helpful from the housemaid and front desk and Restaurant. They all were very helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend this as something good for the value and a wonderful location. Here are two photos from the window in our room

Very nice hotel, the only thing I faced is I called room service 3 times to request for a dental kit on the third time received maybe as It was night time they didn't bring it as the third time I requested was in the morning. If your a light sleeper or can sleep if there is minimum sound as there is a disco or bar at the hotel.

They happily store luggage...so nice because they are a 5 minute metro ride from DXB ✈️ Trustworthy and highly recommended

Ok location and restaurant food is great. Fridge in room is not cold enough for milk storage despite changing to a new one. Bathroom basin is always stuck with water due to bad design and as a result give out bad smell after long period of stay. Overall won't recommend this

The check-in experience is poor. If the overall score is considered, it would be unqualified. It would be about 2 points. But the hotel's facilities and decoration are very good, so the price is so high. But the transportation is very inconvenient. The twin family room booked is large. The single-bed room we were given when we checked in was small in size. We were told that the room we booked was not available. My friend and I went to breakfast. The hotel staff led us to a table. We just sit down and suddenly, a waiter rushed to us and shouted rudely”this table is reserved!” My friend and I were astonished, did not know what happened. Then he made us leave and left us scared. Luckly a nice young lady noticed us, and came to ask what happened and then led us to another table. We asked the young lady- why breakfast table was reserved? We've never heard of it~~ She didn't reply directly. But even though the table was reserved indeed, the waiter could have tell us calmly, we would understand without any doubt. No need to shout out of malice. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter took us to a table and sat down. As soon as we were seated, a male waiter rushed out and said very savagely that this table was reserved and forced us to leave our seats. My friends and I were stunned and stood there dumbfounded without knowing what was going on. Fortunately, a young waitress saw us and asked us to sit down at another table. We asked: Do you also have table reservations for breakfast? The waiter didn't answer directly. But even if the table was actually reserved, the waiter could have said it nicely and there was no need to be so malicious. This is a hotel with terrible service and the room rates are so expensive it's not worth it. Will never come again. Personal lessons for your reference

I won’t be back for sure, it’s not 5*, maximum 4. The food is poor, the water doesn’t taste like it comes from the tap, there is no beach and it’s a bit long to go to the public one in the heat. they themselves send you to the beach to the right of Hilton, but the beach guards there whistle and won’t let you in, so it’s better to go to the end of the beach on the left there and the water is cleaner).

Facilities: The international brand hotel is just as its name suggests, and we are very satisfied with all the facilities. The private beach alone is enough to give it a full five points. The restaurant in the hotel is also diversified, and it is absolutely no problem to stay in the hotel for a day. We will choose it again. Environment: First-class Hygiene: Overall OK Service: The staff is very enthusiastic

The second time I went to Dubai and the second time I stayed at Madinat Jumeirah. The experience was more amazing than the last time. This time I stayed at Summer Palace Vila, which was great. The view on the second floor was beautiful and the service staff were very friendly. You can travel within the hotel by boat or shuttle bus. There are very few people in the swimming pool and beach, so the privacy is very good. Every time I go to Dubai, I must stay in this hotel. My children love it very much.
