The staff were very friendly! Before entering the room, they explained everything clearly — communication in English was no problem at all.
The location is super convenient, right in the city center. Most Grab rides cost less than 100 THB.
The room was spacious, full of natural light, and very clean.
The bed was super comfortable — had a great rest during my stay.
Highly recommended!

- Clean and Nice location
- ✅hairdryer, shampoo, washing machine, fridge, microwave, WI-FI, locker, utensils
- 7-8mins walking distance to Kim Yong market
- 2 mins walking distance to mini BigC and 5 mins to 7eleven
- Quiet around that area during night but is still safe to walk back to hostel
- small and hard mattress bed
- need to lower down voice cuz might disturb others
- not able to bring and eat food in the room
Overall, nice place to stay and safe for solo traveller
The staff are helpful and kind, great location in the heart of Old Town. They have three very cute and friendly cats.
There is a kitchen with basic dry goods you can use. Plus free cold water!
The shared bathroom is a mosquito hot spot and the rooms do nothing to stop sound so prepare for that!
Not suitable for business or business trips, just fine for traveling by yourself. There is no hot water in the water heater, only room temperature. Maybe I don't know how to get it and there are no instructions. There was a problem with the sound insulation of the room. There was always the sound of the washing machine washing clothes in room No. 4. It was very noisy until the next day. It should be the external air conditioner or other sounds. Everything else is pretty good, the room is large, the facilities are OK, and there is a small balcony, but there is no front desk, especially if you live on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. . .

The first thing about this hotel is The owner is cute and very friendly. Check in early. Because on the day of booking the room, you only want to shower and sleep, wait for the time to board the plane, and want to buy things at the Asian flea market and Greenway market. Accommodation is very close. Just walk out of the alley. Just a little bit and it's very close to transportation. The owner gives knowledgeable advice. About traveling as well. I'm impressed here. If you ask about cleanliness, there might be some slight problems because of the younger man who is the owner. Being a teenager, many people may not like it. They'll say that it's too much praise, haha. It's worth the price, at a price of over two hundred. Because we continued our journey and did not stay overnight. So I can't answer all of them. But what was very impressive was that we made a mistake by booking twice, overlapping, because we just used the app for the first time. But the hotel returned it.
Hey, if you've already reserved it, it can't be returned. At first I made up my mind. Request to change the wrong booking date It was a stay on the day of the return trip to Malaysia instead, even though I could have gone back, but the owner of the night I booked was wrong. and let you stay early Check-in makes an impression.
The hotel is so modern and staff is extremely friendly.
Location is quiet from city but 14min walk to the town is still acceptable.
There's one 711 that's is 4min walking away.
The room is clean and neat.
Not recommended for elderly or toddler need stroller as the hotel don't have lift. Apart from that all is good!

Price and location are perfect for a short stay.
The vibes in this place is not very friendly, they got long term tenant which gave weird vibes as well.
Found ants on bed after check in, the balcony that mentioned is not private.
Very close to night market and this place provides basic coffee or tea in the kitchen.
