During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. I suggest choose the good bed to make the hotel more fantastic to stay. The bedsheet please makesure very clean and do not have any stain on the bedsheet😌 over all, the hotel so nuce and very strategic to stay. Cleanliness very important when it come to customers. One of the best hostel I tried in Malaysia!! The facilities are all very nice, very complete (they have basic amenities, towels, hair dryers, fridge, board games and even free malaysian ice cream to welcome you!) and well functioning, comfortable beds, and the front desk is super friendly and always ready to help you navigate the towns. The locations of the hostel is quite near to attractions like carpenter street, museums, river cruise, the famous cat statue, etc. So it will definitely make your trip a relaxing and easy. The hostel even have some events occasionally, thats where you have the chance to learn about local culture regional knowledge, so please give them a try when you are visiting Kuching

The location was useful, with food and basic conveniences nearby. Parking and access were also practical, which matters when you are travelling for work and not just sightseeing. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Nothing overcomplicated, no nonsense. Just a straightforward hotel that served its purpose properly. Amenities were good for the price and category. WiFi, parking, elevator, front desk, and basic business-travel convenience were all there.

Great budget stay in Kuching. The mattress was incredibly comfortable - perfect for resting and getting proper sleep. Room was clean, aircon was cold, and WiFi was fast. Location in Metrocity is super convenient, with lots of food options and clinics just a short walk away, which is handy if you’re on MC and need to rest. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Simple, no-frills, but excellent value for a good night’s sleep. 💗

The check-in instructions were provided quite late, which made it a bit difficult to find the location. I hope they can share the details earlier in the future, including directions on how to check in and where to find the lift to the hostel. When I called the contact number, the lady informed me she needed to check if the room was ready, and at the last minute, I was told that the toilet in my room couldn’t be used. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a hotel room instead. Overall, the stay was okay.

Pro: Overall the hostel control well in security where you enter with password and each floor with their own access door card. Room cleanliness is acceptable Con: Very poor communication where by it took me to message 3rd contact number before I received my check in procedure with first two contact number did not response and reply my message. Basically just ignore without any response. This fist two contact include the one display on Trip.com confirmation email.

Good location, not much traffic nearby, close to times sq. However can hear noises from the hallway and outside easily. There is also a water dispenser provided at the hallway

i loves my room. very spacious because i brought 2 cabin size luggages. i still can open both boxes and i still can walking around the room. room clean, aircon cold, and they got water dispenser outside ❤️ convenient store just downstairs, got mamak 24hourd, super near to hospital. and also got pharmacy. Also near to the Airport 🍀
