It was great again! Top location, inside it looks playful and light. Rooms are good! Our regular room had changed in layout ... Even a nicer room!! And don't forget the staff .... they are very nice and helpful! Next time my boyfriend and I will definitely book here again!

The whole place was very clean. I saw them cleaning often. The vibe was vibrant and lively, yet I was also able to work quietly when needed. The staff was friendly. The signature burger was so delicious, better than the burgers I had from other cafes. The washing machines & driers were easy to use. The surrounding area was lovely. It wasn’t far from the station. I stayed there the whole time when I was in the Netherlands. I caught the train to other touristy places, such as Keukenhof, Rotterdam, etc. I would recommend Via.

The staffs are very helpful and the cafe inside the hostel is pretty good, the location is very near the tram station and bus station, it is very suitable for backpackers!

Good location and service! The staffs are very friendly and willing to help. The hotel is well-decorated and good design. Everything is very clean and well managed. The bathrooms are huge and toilets are comfy. They provided the shampoo and shower gel from Marie Stella Maris. Very nice! We got our free coffee and tea in the morning, I was surprised that the staff brew it for us but not on self service side, it was perfect! The free little stroopwafel is really yummy. 😁 We even got a small tote bag as souvenir. 😚 The towels are all very clean and soft. Just abit surprising that the luggage storage room is actually a garbage room. It was funny but thats okay. I would definitely comeback next time when I visit Ams again! 😘

Checked into the hotel 2 days before King's Day, the price should be doubled. The first time I stayed in the youth hostel, the comments are as follows: 1) The location is OK, about 600 meters walking distance from the train station, it is convenient to take the train to Uchterle and Amsterdam Central Station, and you can go to Uchterle for dinner; 2) The toilet, bathroom, and restaurant are all hygienic, but there are piles of tableware in the kitchen sink; 3) Room: The bedding is OK, but I will be woken up by roommates who come back late at night. The luggage box has no lock and needs to be purchased at the front desk for 3.5 euros; 4) There is always a waiter at the front desk. When checking in, you need to call the front desk to open the door. I didn't receive the password email, which is inconvenient for foreign tourists.

the floors were disgusting. sticky and oily. i saw the cleaning lady only vacuum randomly and didn't mop the floor or anything. the staircase was narrow and really high. it was unsafe since they only had railing on one side and nothing on the other. i was assigned a room in 4th floor, i had a really hard time carrying my suitcase up and down. the toilet was quite clean, or at least it looked clean since the tiles were all black.

Super great hostel! Loved it very much. The location of the hostel is really convenient and you could basically go to major attractions in Amsterdam by walking for a few minutes like the ******************, the Dam square and more importantly the Central station. Though it is a large room that has quite a number of residents, everyone respected each other’s privacy and they did not make loud noises. The receptionists were super nice and helpful and they spoke good English. I would definitely recommend this place to y’all.

I liked the place very much. Nice atmosphere at the bar, clean and very quite in the room and only 15 eur. Get your towel for shower and your own lock to lock your staff otherwise you have to pay which is normal considering the price of the bed. Bed is very comfortable but a bit short. I am 186 and it was not enough.

When the room is ready, staff allow me for early check in and there’s always staffs to clean the toilet and bathroom to maintain good hygiene. I would recommend those who are travelling alone to choose this hostel

Very good hostel, next to the park, very quiet, beautifully decorated, very hygienic, with slats at the head of the bed, and very private. I have stayed in the hostel many times and this is the most satisfying one.
