I loveeee the house! So spacious and clean! Perfect with all the facilities even have toothbrush, towel, mineral water, microwave & washing machine. The check in and check out was smooth! I really recommended to book here if come to Genting!

Overall is good. The location is quite convenient. The golf course is in front of the balcony and the scenery is beautiful. The house is quite clean, the kitchen has a microwave, rice cooker, hot water bottle, refrigerator, kitchenware, etc. The only thing to improve is that the wash basins of the two toilets are a bit blocked (the water is slow). You need to wait for the water to flow. The next person can use 😂, and one of the water heaters can't operate without hot water! ! The 16-degree weather didn't have to take a hot bath. It was really cold and shivering. If the above is handled well, it will be more perfect. I will still choose this one next time I go to Cameron. Iris house resort

Overall is good. One thing can be improved is the Deposit process, it's a bit troublesome why they collected Rm200 deposit on the spot but didn't return on the spot when returning. Have to wait for few day .... so, i haven't got my refund as yet.

Read a few bad comments before booking but we thought only for one night so we're not dive into it too much. To our suprise, it was actually a very good experience for us. Although the view from the room isnt that much but the utilities provided, the cleanliness and amenities were suprisingly good and enough. And the agent was also so attentive as he/ she replied our text very fast. And if you guys wanted to catch sunrise, i highly recommend this hotel bcs of the strategic location. you can drive a little down the road to watch sunrise from the hotel. A lot of people there, too. Overall, would repeat booking here if i come back.

Location is near to Genting Entertainment City. Link bridge walk 10-15 mins with escalator. Mall still new less shops but have conveniences mart. Mix store. Kopitiam n zus n luckin. Unit is clean only hot water is slower n need to turn on frequently.

Absolutely beautiful unit that's well interior decorated and has plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Multiple televisions, one in each room and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is beautiful and the make up of the unit in general is amazing, gave my ideas for my own apartment. Easy self check in/ out service and host was on call when needed. Parking - unfortunately theres no free parking. We paid on average RM22.50 a day for parking which is kind of insane. Wish there could be reduced parking at least. Location is a bit tricky as its great to go up to genting by car. Only a 5 minute drive to the attractions, but to come back to the apartment by car you need to drive down and mountain and come back up at Chin Swee temple whichll take about 15 - 20 minutes. There is the direct link bridge that'll take about 20 minutes by foot to walk to Skyworld which is great. Restaurants and stores are slowly opening up downstairs which is good for necessity or a coffee. We were unlucky as it was raining the entire 4 days we were there and couldn't enjoy the views at all. The whole time it was foggy and we had a wall of white fog. Extremely windy if we opened up the windows to the point we had to close the doors. Sheets are not the highest threat count abd can be a little scratchy, but hopefully, as it washed more, it softens up. Some dust around the area and lint but may be because the unit hadn't been rented out for sometime. Overall the stay was super pleasant. Took advantage of the washing machine and enjoyed the unit. Bmafter 2 days in genting we spent the other 2 chilling in the unit and enjoying the space.

Good: 1. The response from the admin was great—super fast and kept me updated. 2. The unit is spacious and perfect for my family of 4 adults and 3 kids. 3. The basic necessities were all good! Not so great: 1. There was a slight foul smell when we first walked in. 2. Overall cleanliness could be better. Both toilets had clogged shower areas, and there were stains here and there in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. I also want to thank the team for handling an urgent situation during my stay. My 2-year-old got locked in the bedroom, so I asked if they could come help. It took a while, and eventually, I asked if I could just break the door. They gave the green light, and we ended up only breaking the door knob. About 30 minutes later, the door was finally open. Thanks to the team! And sorry for breaking your door knob!

Clean but no shower screen in the washroom. So, after every bath, the bathroom was wet. Whatapps' responses were not prompt.
