I had a wonderful stay at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. Stayed here with my family (3 pax) for a short getaway 🏨⛰️ The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent. One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊

One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—it was beautiful, well maintained, and a great place to relax after a long day. The overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. The stay was so comfortable and new. Water heating, fan and aircond have provided. I am super love their water heating cause it is hot always no matter how long i took bath. Overall i sleep very well and enjoy the mountain view so much. It would be good that we can cook some light steamboat for suite king and provided by fox and spoon (a stainless steel cutlery). The room also quite clean, for me the standard of stay in highland consider quite reasonable price with this quality. Will come stay for 2nd time.

I love the view and the location is amazing. But I think cleanliness need to be improved. For the unit I have been staying- Found many small roaches running around the kitchen and living hall free style. Horror ! The futon bed is not comfortable & the bedsheet has stains on it! The owner should do something on pest control and do a better job in cleaning up the room. I should have taken a video of the roaches

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

Very satisfied with our stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and good service. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended

I am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. We hope relevant authorities will pay attention to this issue and provide assistance.
