The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly 😁

The house was clean and tidy. But the living area only have day curtain which is others unit can see through and not privacy at all.

The location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job. The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long. - breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good, . Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there. Wouldn’t return here again.

The building as a whole is quite run down but this THM unit is properly maintained. Owner is good. Twin beds are placed in the room with attached toilet. Should be the other way around. Refundable Deposit - MYR300. Pool very crowded over the weekend

I love the location on the Golden Hills! Superb! Its in the middle of everywhere. If u travel by car, perfect for You! Got 99Speedymart, 7E just below the building. And the best part, got Night Market on Fridays and Saturdays only. Sunday they are not operating. 7km to Brinchang and just 2/3 km to Tanah Rata centre town. However, the unit i got was a corner unit. It was end February windy/ rainy season. Full of wind causing hauling sounds from the windows all the time. But i love it. U don't get this spooky happening often. There was no amenities. I didnt get slipper like my frenz room did. The hot water takes too long to heat. The breakfast was slow, not so tasty. No need to buy room with breakfast. Bedsheet stained. Apart from that, my short stay was ok. The location gets me over these issues.

Had a great overall experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were attentive, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with a helpful video shared by the operator that made everything straightforward for those who can follow instructions well. However, it might be challenging for those who prefer not to read detailed instructions. One of the major highlights was the hotel's location, which is conveniently close to various attraction spots. My unit had a beautiful view facing the sunrise area, adding a special touch to the stay, although I regretfully missed the opportunity to catch the sunrise moment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, the small room, which I believe was a storeroom, was only equipped with a fan and became quite hot, making it uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in unless the door was left open. In summary, my stay was enjoyable thanks to the excellent service, prime location, and cleanliness of the unit. With some improvements to the small room's ventilation, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

Nice place to stay .. Second time staying here. Nearby kea farm, opah strawberry. Strategic location. In future will be staying here again. Nice hospitality by the staff. Just Hoping there will be iron provided.

Pros: In overall, we are satisfied with the facility and staff professional services. The unit is clean and spacious. Con: During check out; 4 lifts out from 6 lifts were down for service. Remaining 2 lifts were fully loaded all the time. We kept waiting for more than 45mins, were forced to walk down 32 floors.

Location off beat. Finding route was troublesome. Collecting keys before entering car park. Lift to level 7 access was hidden, took time to find then the room was ok. The sink was leaking I called and their response was immediate. Must see how things work now.

The room is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Cond: The building is a bit confusing as parking at Level 7 is the level 3 lobby of the hotel building and we need to go level 12 for this hotel room. Noisy if a lot ppl chating n talking at ground floor playground especially night time. Midnight also a weird sound... Not sure what sound is it.

...the room is beautiful. the place is ok. the one that is not ok when you check in, the room is dirty, the floor is not clean. the floor is not mopped, the bedsheet is dirty, everything else is ok. the house piece needs to be cleaned again, the cleanliness is very bad.. the tollet is dirty, I know the house piece is dirty just spray water. dirty towel reuse? everything else is ok

I'm on business trips, bought my small family along. All are in tip top conditions. Loves everything, second time staying at this place. Don't worry about food, all is near, walking distanxe. Beach are perfect! Best staying on july so they'll be less jellyfish swimming with u at the beach. :)

The first apartment we were given was in a terrible state, dirty, infested with ants and horrible mattress on which we could barely sleep. We complained and the Nepalese desk staff was very helpful and let us move to a different apartment which was better. For some reason all the ceiling fans have been removed from both the apartments we saw, leaving wires hanging from the ceilings. Upon request, a ceiling fan was fitted in the master bedroom for us, but not in the living room, I had to borrow a fan from family - I have no wish to sit in aircon all day and pay for the electricity. Housekeeping is carried out once a week, by 2 more Nepalese guys (Nepal must be the latest source for slave labour) who did a reasonable but basic job. They don't have sheets big enough for the bed, have to put 2 smaller ones overlapping, the towels are so old and threadbare, at home I would use them for cleaning the car only. The pool is good, although not regularly cleaned and there's a small mini shop on site for essentials. The main reason for my 'poor' rating is the renovation work that is going on. It portrays a complete disregard for paying guests when they know which apartment I am staying in yet they decide to do noisy renovations in all the surrounding apartments to me. Apparently it's OK, because it's only between 9 am and 5 pm (actually nearer 6). Well actually, it's not OK, as that's when I am in during the heat of the day. The rooms will look better once renovated, they will charge an extra RM1000 p/m and, I suspect, the same lackadaisical attitude to running the place will prevail. Although Wifey doesn't like to stay at Tembeling, I will be seriously looking there for my next visit to Kuantan.

Easy booking via Trip.com. Overall nice stay. Super near too Ana Ikan Bakar Petai. Convenient parking lot which is at Level 2. Cleanliness 4⭐️. Room as per description n picture 👍🏻.

It was cozy and nice staying here..Everything was so great and clean. actually i booked the standard studio but there was a problem with the air conditioner so the owner upgraded a unit with a pool view to replace.we liked and enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, the pool was not open because of the mantainance. Poor my little daughter. The main point we came here was to getting wet in a pool.😅😅but it's okay..

Feedback: very clean, comfy, cozy place to stay, price reasonable, valuable and worth it, quite a good place to chill with nice view here, just a little suggestion, can provide bed sheet for the extra mattress, or maybe we can't find it, but overall is satisfying, keep going on maintaining such a wonderful homestay! GOOD LUCK!!!

I'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.

it's a nice unit view a cool sea view located next to Kuantan River. Conveniently accessible to all proximities. The parking area of the building is quite messy. took find time to figure out the orientation.
