My stay here was excellent. The hotel's overall environment was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and dine nearby. The staff's service attitude was great, and the overall check-in process was smooth. The room's cleanliness and comfort were satisfying. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending. I will certainly consider staying here again if I have the chance in the future! ✨

The overall stay was quite pleasant, mainly due to the excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The scenery was truly enjoyable and added a relaxing atmosphere to the experience. It was convenient to access nearby attractions, which made the trip more satisfying. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room and common areas had noticeable dust, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the level of cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, as certain details in housekeeping seemed to be overlooked. With better attention to hygiene and maintenance, the stay could have been significantly more enjoyable. In summary, while the location and view are definite highlights, improvements in cleanliness and housekeeping standards are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.

The concept of the hotel is pretty decent. It’s giving clean modern interior service apartment. The only down side part of the place is the water pump. Hot water is only there for abit and then cold water started splashing in after 3 mins showering. Then the hot water was back again for another few mins then its back to cold water. Plus the water pressure was super bad so ended up with a light wash up only. The TV in the master room couldn’t connect to the internet so I gave up as well and the hair dryer stops working forawhile when it overheats. So I needed to wait quite abit to continue drying my hair. Overall, its pretty decent place to sleep but I won’t be back again because of the water problems. This will be my first and last time.

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

We had a highly satisfying stay at Zenith Suites Cameron in Tanah Rata. We were assigned a unit on the 7th floor, and it was absolutely worth it! Being up on a higher floor gave us a beautiful, panoramic view of the mountain landscape and the town lights at night.The apartment felt brand new, modern, and exceptionally spacious. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens were spotless. We loved the amenities provided, especially the Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube and the excellent hot water system which is perfect for the chilly Cameron weather. The staff at the front desk were also professional and made our check-in seamless. It's also within walking distance to local eateries and shops. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

This guesthouse was very comfortable. Although a bit small, it was well-equipped. The road behind leads directly to the sea, just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a Malaysian restaurant nearby with delicious food. Overall, it's really not bad, and I felt at ease staying for 2 nights. The only downside is that the road leading to and from the parking lot is very narrow, so you have to be extra careful.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

Easy check in where you show the QR code provided to the security and get the key from the mailbox room. Dedicated parking lot. The studio room is facing the Kuantan City where you can enjoy the city view. The room was clean and have water dispenser for hot and cold water for drinking. The towel will be provided as your request for how many person you check in. There are swimming pool at level 5. Easy checkout where you put back your key inside designated mailbox when you check in.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.

Had a wonderful stay at Timurbay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pools and direct beach access. The environment was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The sea view was beautiful, and the location is convenient with restaurants and attractions nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Kuantan. Would definitely stay here again!
