Hostels in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan

The location is great, it's casual, and the owner's cooking is excellent. If you don't have any plans to eat out for dinner, this place is a great option. I plan to stay here again when I'm in Takamatsu. Of course, breakfast is included, so it's a great option for those who eat breakfast. For an extra 100 yen, you can get udon with egg and butter.

literally the best hostel i’ve ever been in my life!!! i do have to say it was pretty annoying to go up and down those steep stairs but the structure of the hostel make it seem a starred hotel rather than a hostel!!!

From Takamatsu by boat to the grass wall port, turn left after leaving the ship, it will take about 20 minutes, and the scenery along the way is very good. The hotel is very clean and it is recommended to bring a pair of slippers. I can't walk with their shoes. The room is very large, tatami, there are not many places to eat around. The time between the passing buses is very long and long, and there are only a few stops for 300 yuan. It is recommended to buy more tickets for the place to go, hotels can buy.

I stayed at the B&B hotel on the first day of coming to Takamatsu. The hotel is very close to Wading Station. We took a bus from the airport to Wading Station and walked to the hotel for about 5 minutes. Nearby is the sightseeing corridor commercial street. Convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lilin Park. The hotel has just opened this year, so the whole is very new. We booked a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and can sleep 3 people. The room space is relatively large in Japan. The only downside is that the bath and toilet are outside. Separate, it may not be convenient for people who often have to go to the toilet. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Fortunately, you can buy breakfast as soon as you go out. There are quite a few restaurants. Overall it is good and suitable for multiple people.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station. However, there's frequent train noise, though I imagine locals are quite accustomed to it. I booked a female-only dorm bed, but to access the women's restroom, you had to walk past the men's. What's more, there were two men's restrooms but only one for women – rather odd! On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. For a two-night stay, they offered a complimentary drink and even free ice cream.
