It has very good location. Very central. Walki g distance to Buckingham palace, big ben and other tourist destinations. Clean pillows and blankets. Towels, you have to pay extra charge. However, if you're tall, you cannot stretch your feet. No daily room clean up service so our trash piled up. I have an Indian roommate that snores so loud and shakes his feet as habit. Well, that's hostel and steel bunk beds. Reasonable price thou. Overall, good for in and out stay.

Honestly and wholeheartedly I love this hostel! I kept on extending my stay because of the kind staff and lovely people. My favourite thing was going down to the kitchen and making dinner with fellow travelers. I want to especially thank Katie, Sarah, Brigit, Ellie, Freya, Gisela, Imani, Darcy, Caleb, Stephanie, Mary, Jenna, Mark, Mani, Maleah, & Karthik! Thank you for your hospitality!!

The staff at this youth hostel are all very friendly and always smiling. The place is kept spotlessly clean and tidy, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets. I didn't get any bed bug bites here, which was a huge relief! Transportation is incredibly convenient too – there's a subway station right across the street and plenty of bus routes. It's centrally located, with restaurants, fruit stalls, and numerous supermarkets lining the streets, making everything super accessible.

There is no separate bathroom in the room, but it is very convenient to have a sink to wash your hands. Next time, you can book a room with a bathroom. It’s close to subway, convenient transportation. It’s like a 8 minute walk to Liverpool Street. There are also bus stops nearby. People are friendly. And the bathroom is clean and nice. I stayed here for one night to visit London. It is a nice place and convenient to go to any tourist attraction. I think it’s like 3/4 stops to go to the British museum and the Big Ben. In a word, a convenient location and good service.

Good points: -Services are great and staff are helpful and nice. -Free tea and coffee -Near supermarket and train station -Small light next to the bed Bad points: -The toilet is a bit smelly -Hair dryers are located in B1/F which is inconvenient -Small kitchen -Will be noisy at night sometime because of the bars nearby -Expensive laundry (about 8 pounds)

I was worried because it was a 28-person room, but it felt rather safe, the service was good, and I never had to wait for a shower! It's a bit far from the center of the city, but I think it's 10 minutes away by subway! The subway also comes every 1-2 minutes, so there was no inconvenience. The beds are soft and there are blackout curtains on each bed, so I slept soundly!

TTrip.com SGJPIt was very conveniently located just a short walk from Hammersmith Station. The room was quite high up the stairs so it was a little difficult to get luggage up and down. However, the rooms are clean and there is a laundry room and a water server, so overall I think it's a good hostel.

AAnonymous UserIt's was great stay in this hostel. Not noisy, except noise from air conditioning but it's because it was hot in the summer. Although air conditioning not really was helpful, in the room it's was hot even with air conditioning, possibly because the temperature outside was 29° to 30°. Everyone was kind, at midnight was no noise. Breakfast not free, costs 6.50 GBP, from 7:30am to 10am. To get breakfast you need to pay first at the reception 6.50£, the receptionist will give you one token, you need to go to the room where is the breakfast (near the kitchen) and wait while cleaning lady will come to you, give her this token and she'll tell you that you can start to enjoy breakfast. I first didn't know how it works, so I just come to the breakfast room and was waiting for someone to come, for me it was less than 5 mins. Hostel has several bathroom cabins (shared bathroom). Unisex toilets. Kitchen (microwave, etc), although I didn't use it looks good. In the room you have lockers, but you need to take with you lock 🔒🔐, or as someone told me you can rent lock at the reception. Also, take with you towels or rent one at reception for 2.50£. Location of hostel is amazing 10/10 ★, near Hyde Park. You have everything very close. Groceries stores, underground stations, bus stations.

Place looks dated, things need to be fixed and stocked up with better quality toilet paper and also no shower gels etc. Can be a tight squeeze in some toilets and the stairwell as well as having to take our own luggage down in the basement.

JJeaniousWanted a central location for our stay in London & found this novel Capsule style hotel by Zedwell. Situated near Piccadilly Circus with plenty of food places nearby to grab something to eat/drink. Sleeping pods had ambient lighting, mirror, electric sockets with charging points and fan. Lockable from the inside but bring a large padlock if you’d like to lock/secure it from the outside. Communal showers/toilets area with 5 floors and 2 small lifts, luckily we were only on the first floor. Huge building is still a working progress so if you can ignore the untidiness, it’s perfect as you won’t be able to find another great value for money hotel like it. Will consider again for our future trips!

Beds were comfortable, clean, breakfast more than basic buffet which satisfied my needs well (musli, yogurt, fruits, toasts to assemble yourself and grill, pancakes). Indeed there can be an interesting smell in the corridor (chlorine?) but the room felt great. Bathrooms could be better but seen worse Lockers are literally a metal cage that's so loud to pull out and open / close, depends on your roommates if they often open it, it can be irritating at night Otherwise I was more than happy to stay at the establishment and will be back!
