GGuest UserI stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.

SSuiyongJust opposite Metro 50metres in the heart of Bilbao,lovely hostel I have booked 4beds mix dormitory ensuite bathroom and toilet with terrace.The lobby has cafe and coffee shop bar.the restaurant is on 6th floor
Overalls I like this hostel very much. Don’t forget get to buy 10 pass metro and bus 8 euros can get 6 trips this card can be used to Funicular to the mountain if u buy there is 3.5 euros return trip 6 euros the pass is very valuable

AAlika LenkevichЭта часть города мне понравилась больше, рядом главная площадь и музей. Приятная общая зона и кафе, комната темноватая и маленькая на много человек. Плохо что кровати без шторок. Но возможно я бы остановилась тут еще, просто в комнате на мало человек или с одной кроватью

SshekhawatiThe room is quite tall, but the bed design is unreasonable; the lower bunk is too low, about 30 centimeters off the ground, making it easy to bump your head.
The location is okay, close to the train station, next to a large market, in the old town, near the river, but far from the bus station.

EElvira KrivosheevaOverall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean and quiet – perfect for a night's rest. My room was on the first floor, very small, but had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I was a bit surprised by the absence of a hairdryer and shampoo, so keep that in mind. I usually don't bring toiletries with me. Although, for a 'budget' status, I'd say it was quite expensive (I paid €111 + €9.5 for breakfast). Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up, but there were no vegetables at all, only fruit. By the way, there's an excellent pastry shop across the street for those who don't necessarily want to have breakfast at the hotel. Personally, I like to have breakfast on-site, then get ready for the day. The hotel staff were very nice, spoke English, and explained everything. You can leave your luggage in storage for free after check-out, which was a pleasant surprise since my bus was at night. The location is good; I chose it for its proximity to the bus station. Public transport, bars, coffee shops are nearby, and all attractions are within walking distance. I liked it! Thank you!

AAnonymous UserGood location and very seamless check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge, which was super convenient. Breakfast was okay. The only thing is that the shared bathroom could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially since it's used by around 10 people. Overall, though, it was quite a good experience!

GGuest UserI was affraid about this hotel, because majority of people who stayed here leave nagative respond. As for bed bug, I couldn't see it for couple of day. Receptionist are quite low key, and Hotel locates at slum area, also bit far away from the central.
Overall, hotel is still decent choice as long as you're in the moment to cut your expenditure off.

CCamilaStayed just for one night. I arrived very late, like 1 AM. They let me stay in the lobby even though it was closed because I needed to use my laptop. Very clean. The only thing is that they don't make you the bed. So, in my case I went to sleep like 2:30 AM and had to improvise something to avoid bothering the others in the room.
