I had an excellent stay at R&F Princess Cove by FUJU! 🌟 The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to CIQ, super convenient for getting in and out of Singapore. 🚗 The seaview from the unit was beautiful and really added to the overall experience. The host provided great service, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Amenities were complete and modern, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Free parking was also a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Great value, amazing location, and a very enjoyable stay!

Not bad, but there are problems when checking in. I hope the check-in method can be improved. Other things and things in the room are ok~ I will visit this hotel again~😊

Self check in process was quite clear and we manage to park the rental car at the right spot with the clear instructions. The unit was nice and large and quite well equipped. We only stayed for a night but if staying longer will make use of the pool access for the kid. Overall decent stay for the price compared to the surrounding hotels.

The unit, at a higher level, is a Seaview unit.. the unit is clean and tidy.. Fully furnished in kitchens with fridge, washing machine microwave and oven .. The only thing disappointing is the TV out of order.. Contact the management team, and they can't have any solution for this .. For 3 nights stay in the unit without a TV is a bad experience.. The management should not put up the room for sales if the TV are out of service in the room.. or they can inform guests in advance..

Cleanliness: 1) toilet bowl was stained yellow, seems like haven't been scrubbed for a while 2) rugs around the property was not clean, would be good if they provided disposable slippers All good other than these issues Experienced a blackout during our stay but was quickly responded to and fixed within an hour View is really good, Will stay again

Good area, close to lots of malls. Room was neat and clean. But had trouble checking in at the guard gate as I didn’t know we need to call the landlord and then give my number to them. It would be better if they ask for the email address at the checkout. Then send us the confirmations and lodging rules.

It was easy and straightforward instructions was given out on how to check in and out. The cleanliness was considerably clean in the unit although it was a little dusty on the floor which I guess they could come in from the bottom gap of the main door. The homestay has every amenities we could want. Aeon supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are just a stone's throw from the homestay itself, very convenient for us to get around. The homestay security level is pretty good to protect residents, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure a safe living environment. We get to see the security guards patrol all areas, with alertness and safety measures. This makes us feel safer during our stay. I will give 9/10 for our stay, minus 1 pt was because of the small wear and tear such as a chipped plate, broken lock slide door at the balcony and peeling off wallpaper. 8/10 to the condo amenities, minus 2 pt was because the children’s pool was found toilet paper soaking inside the pool and cigarette butt washing up at the swimming pool staircase. I find them disgusting, unhygienic and uncomfortable to let my little on to play in it. Overall, we had a pleasant and cosy homestay there and we will come back again.

It was a really pleasant stay! I love how the transaction was all through online! It was hassle free and I skipped the queue by straight away going to the mailroom for the key 😄 Room is nice with fridge, washing machine, well working aircond 👍🏻 Have swimming pool at level P6, also sky garden at level 33. So breathtaking. Lastly, one thing for sure, I surely had a good night sleep as the room is situated at Puteri Harbour, no late nights bike/car remming nearby. So peaceful. Will surely repeat again.
