It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! Booked this specially for my toddler. He loves the slides and climbing up to the loft. Room was clean and had lots of natural light. Only thing was projector relote wasn't working. Swimming pool was like an infinity pool overlooking the greenery. Easy drive to eateries and mall opposite.

Condition is as per photo. Key collection was smooth. Security guard also friendly. But bed at loft is dusty (daughter has sensitive nose and could tell). Sofa a bit too soft.

The unit, at a higher level, is a Seaview unit.. the unit is clean and tidy.. Fully furnished in kitchens with fridge, washing machine microwave and oven .. The only thing disappointing is the TV out of order.. Contact the management team, and they can't have any solution for this .. For 3 nights stay in the unit without a TV is a bad experience.. The management should not put up the room for sales if the TV are out of service in the room.. or they can inform guests in advance..

The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

The room is clean. Staff service and response is ok. But take note that RM150 deposit is required for car parking access. The room does not have TV and washer. The bed is quite small due to the design, not suitable for those who is higher than 170cm. Overall, a comfortable stay. Location wise, about 16mins walk to JB custom. The traffic is quite heavy but still acceptable.

I booked a standard king room for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed the floor was wet as though it had just been mopped. To my surprise, I was given 2 queen beds instead and used towels found in the cupboard.There was a stain on bedsheet. I had to place another bath mat to avoid the trip and fall due to the first mat suction being not strong enough. During the stay we were provided with a shower gel and no shampoo. The washing machine does not come with a dryer and you need to search for the detergent which was placed under the kitchen sink. A garment steamer and vacuum cleaner were provided in the room, very convenient .The utensils, pots and pans were displayed on the kitchen table top, it looked cluttered. I suggest that it should be placed in the cabinet provided when not in use. Overall the cleanliness is good. There's room for improvement. Thank you.

Good location for group of 4 stay at Mt Austin. Easy check in and friendly host that recommended nice legit places to dine and chill. Comfortable stay overall and minutes walk across to Austin area. Only the shower water flow slightly small but is negligible. Recommended for family and group for staycation!

Instructions were clearly given one day prior to check in so we did not encounter any problem. Unit is spacious and well layout, especially the view from the balcony is really impressive. However the cleanliness can be improved as long strands of hair can be found in some corners and mould spotted in the bathroom. Do bring your own detergent if you plan to use the washer. Overall we had enjoyed our stay.
