The apartment is big and nice with living room, cooking area, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very worth for money as the cost is less than a standard hotel room. The facilities are good with nice swimming pool and gym. The security is also high. The link to the R&F mall is great though many shops in R&F still not open. However there are nice cafes and restaurants there. The tv is also good with Netflix and YouTube easily accessible One problem encountered is the air con which seemed to stop after operating for a while.

Staying at Space Residences with my family was the right choice! It's clean and new. Fully equipped with functioning air con. Fans are new. Fridge works well. Kitchen well equipped. The tv comes with free Netflix and Disney+ too. The apartment was clean, modern, and well maintained. Everything was fully equipped and in excellent working condition—the air conditioning was effective, the fans were new, and the fridge worked perfectly. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. A nice bonus was the TV, which came with complimentary Netflix and Disney+ access. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay that we hardly wanted to leave the apartment to go sightseeing. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again.

Overall cleanliness good, just a comment that there is random mattress in the empty living space. Otherwise very spacious, high floors, nice view. Not as good to walk to southkey mall with the kids, so still need to get a car between mall and residence. Check in and out are all so smooth. Retro game set is cute, just that the second controller not working. Owner is responsive.

This place is not easy to find for a 1st time ppl like us, you need to go up to level 2 and took a lift to level 4 reception counter, the pkace is hot with out aircon, they only allow yoy to check in at 3pm, but if you are early you can still do a registion first, they were collect $150/- from you as a deposit, need to keep the receipt, check out time is 11am.I got a free upgrade to a 2+1 single room at 60 floor towel b, at 3pm we check in given 1 lift card +1 key card,the room is spacious and clear, with living room , kitchen ware provided,the nightmare came after check in 1 hrs later it start to rain heavily, and we discover that the master room is fooder with water coming from outside, and the living room too, I quicky took a video and go down to report, the staff actual aware this defect, it been happen bf, they said will send the housekeeping ppl up to clear up, yes about 10mins later a staff came to do the clearing then left.But another five mins someone knock my door and just open without said, 2 staffs came to do the clearing i told them already done then they left again. I don't find it safe for the way they handle this issue, the door don't have a hole for us to view the person outside, there's no phone inside the room also, some more the lift is slow...there's no umbrella at the reception counter when we want to borrow due to raining, the staff there is ok, and 1 more issues is from the instance heater shower head tube is leak while bathing also...the price is reasonable, the location is good for foodie and near KSL 5 mins walking distance , but why the pool is under maintain till 12/06 never listed at the trip.com ,i thought i can swim, now only the gym is available, even I ask about the ktv also fully booked, i will come back again only if i can see some improvement in future.

1. Location is great. 2. Car park is ok 3. Lift cleanliness can be improved 4. Lift maintenance is disappointing. One of the lift can read the card 5. Lifr only have 1 x card reader at the side, causing bottleneck at times. 6. Toilet has an unbearable sewage smell even on high floor at 47. 7. It has full length cuty view but window not clean 8. The bed making sound throughout. Bed frame time to chanhe.

This place is a 1 room + 1 study, 1 queen and 1 single bed. Place is well kept, with decent quality shampoo, body soap, washing machine and high resolution TV provided. View is great with coffeeshop easily accessible and back lobby leading to KSL directly. Study room has no door. Only downside is its lvl 60 and only 3 lifts available. On good period, it takes us 1-2 mins. On peak period it can take up to 15mins to reach lvl60…. Overall is a great place, would recommend!

The best things about this room are - fantastic expansive view of the surrounding. - swing chair overlooking outside. - Japan style concept living room and 1 of the bedrooms. - easy to collect key. - have food shops nearby. - aircons good. - amenities provided. What I don’t like - toilet shower very cramp area - ants in living room and dining area - the Japan concept bedroom is right above aircon compressor so not good for light sleepers as it will run a loud humming sound every few minutes.

Location beside paradigm mall only . Them got free chocolate this very good . Just Homestay quite old a bit, toilet heater no function . All is ok

The room and all its amenities are brand new. It's super close to KSL, just a five-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store, a hair salon, massage parlors, and restaurants. Plus, right outside, there's a Dai Sei Hei Dim Sum restaurant, making breakfast incredibly convenient. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be back myself.

Instructions to check in simple and clear, apartment easily accessed from JB Sentral via covered walkway. Various restaurants and other shops in the mall just located below the apartments. Many other tourist attractions are walkable from apartment.
