They gave us a unit with renovation next door and did not inform us about the renovation work happening in the unit right next to us. So when we would like to take a rest in the afternoon, the drilling keeps going on. It is a basic courtesy to inform guest that there is renovation going on and ask if guest would like to continue with the booking. When feedback through the whatsapp, it is always the AI bot. It took very long to connect with the agent. I have recorded 6 videos of the noise just that I cant upload here. It was suppose to be a destressing trip turns out to be a stressful one. The renovation will end only on 31 October 2026. So if you are going during this period, please beware.

Everyone was great. They were also communicative and easy to get instructions from. Just some feedback on the water heater, it is so hard to control the heater cause it can be boiling hot and it’s too difficult to shower the kids with the unpredictable shower. They can’t shower with cold water cause of eczema thus we needed the heater. The slide could also be dangerous cause of the steepness and it leads you to the wall, maybe a soft landing against the wall and floor would help ease the anxiety of kids playing around the slide. Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, which made the entire experience hassle-free. The location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block. After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes. Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats! Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

The accommodation was clean and there were many places to eat nearby, which was great. It's also conveniently located for getting to and from Singapore. Although it's a duplex, the high ceilings made it feel very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool view. I'd suggest installing an extractor fan in the shower room to help cool it down. Even though I was on the 19th floor and close to the elevator, I couldn't understand why there was constant drilling noise from upstairs and downstairs during the day, and people going up and down the stairs next door were also very noisy.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Booked this hotel for a two-day, one-night stay. The hotel service was very thoughtful, making everything feel effortless. The staff were warm and attentive, always quick to help resolve any issues. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. It was also quiet at night, so I got some excellent rest.
