Nice spacious room with a nice bed next to a clean and fine bathroom. Unfortunately no lift especially if you are on the upper floor. No further contact and everything goes electronic/digital. A little removed from the center and OV, but certainly a recommender.
We booked through Ctrip and emailed the hotel before check-in, but neither the hotel nor the platform mentioned that the hotel was unattended and check-in required us to go to another hotel in the old town. This caused us to drag our luggage in the scorching sun for almost an hour, trying to find the front and back doors, which were both locked. We finally managed to get a woman to open the door after contacting her by phone. We then walked with her to the other hotel to check in. Fortunately, the hotel was small but clean. However, even in this heat, the bed was covered with thick winter blankets, probably because there were few guests; most people stayed in hotels inside the town. We chose a hotel along the main street in the town because we were worried about the steep stone steps inside. The hotel's biggest highlight was the breakfast, which was quite good value for the limited selection of European-style breakfasts.
